I’m even more annoyed that I’ve got to give them 1 star…

Order placed on 24 August 2024, not received any communication with regards to item being despatched or receiving item. Despite emailing them twice I’ve had nothing back

Service was good, and my e- mail was in a timely fashion

There were 2 postcodes for the address on the order and you were unable to tell me which one it was sent to. You have no phone number to be able to speak to a human. I needed the item and dealt directly with your shop as not available at the time on Amazon where I usually get it.

Order not dispatched still waiting after a week sent emails and had no response absolutel joke

I'm only giving one star as I can't give no star.
Ordered, paid but no delivery. No response to emails, unfortunately no phone number available, obviously because they are a bunch of thieves.
It's a pity as the hemp cream did work well, hence trying to buy another tub. Out of stock on Amazon.
Can't complain about the customer service as there is none 🤬

Vitalive Scammers, don’t buy from Vitalive online, I ordered some products, they have taken my money, but until today I have not received my order. Vitalive doesn’t reply to emails neither to the contact made via their website ‘Contact Form’ . They should not be taking advantage of people that suffers from chronic pain by saying that they have these wonderful pain relieve products and then just taking our money and not delivering to us anything 🥺

Product never received and despite filling in contact form I’ve still had no correspondence from company

No goods received. They ignore all emails and contact. They are scammers and fraudsters. I will be going to my credit card company for a refund. DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

So far I have not received the order or information when the product will arrive.

You keep sending emails to review a product you haven't even sent. Ordered a month ago and heard nothing since. You don't reply to my emails. You won't even issue a refund.

Ordered and paid but goods ditrctly from their website but never turned up. Order number on the website and tracking on Shop disappeared. Not replying to emails.
Although a separate order arrived perfectly when ordered of their shop on Amazon.

AVOID! Payment taken - no product arrived!!!
No response to e-mails or messages and yet getting emails asking to review the product.

I have still not received my order despite emailing the company.

I ordered some balm cream and did not receive it , I have had to go to my bank to claim the money back , no replies to my emails what so ever AVOID!!!
