There were 2 postcodes for the address on the order and you were unable to tell me which one it was sent to. You have no phone number to be able to speak to a human. I needed the item and dealt directly with your shop as not available at the time on Amazon where I usually get it.

Ordered, paid but no delivery. No response to emails, unfortunately no phone number available, obviously because they are a bunch of thieves.
It's a pity as the hemp cream did work well, hence trying to buy another tub. Out of stock on Amazon.
Can't complain about the customer service as there is none 🤬

Vitalive doesn’t reply to emails neither to the contact made via their website ‘Contact Form’ . They should not be taking advantage of people that suffers from chronic pain by saying that they have these wonderful pain relieve products and then just taking our money and not delivering to us anything 🥺
