SCAM claims to be Canadian company in Ads

I bought this product online ( thyroid lymphatic drainage drops)There ad clearly stated that the drops where made " Right here in Canada" On my Visa after I paid another name came up not Vitalvine. When I saw my product was not even out for delivery I contacted them only to find out they are being shipped out of China. Upon contacting them they told me shipment comes from Ireland and they sell it through China? Umm really. When I told them I purchased the drops because it said a Canadian Company the story changed to some are made in Canada but because of high demand some are shipped from China. I was offered 10% off my order. Do not fall for their false advertising. THIS is going no where near my lips. SCAM

Total scam

This does not deserve a star! Like everyone else I too assumed this was an Irish based company; I'm usually very cautious, can't believe I was fool enough to fall for this scam! 3wks now, no delivery, no word back!! Serves me right 🫣 *do not order anything from this company*

Do not purchase from this company

Same as all the other posts on here! I should have checked reviews before ordering. It is 100% not an Irish company. When my order FINALLY arrived it had a piece of paper with Chinese instructions. Nearly finished the bottle and have had zero signs that it has helped in any way at all. Ordered on Sept 25th but didn’t receive until the end of October. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Vitalvine order

I also ordered thinking it was an Irish company and have had the same experience as the other reviewers. I ordered on 17th November. Still no delivery and as of this morning the website and all tracking details seem to have disappeared

VitalVine is a SCAM

VitalVine is a SCAM. I Ordered from this Instagram site thinking it was an Irish based company. I emailed them twice and got replies telling me they're an Irish owned company but products are shipped from their international depot. More people should use Trustpilot to show up these scammers, I'm sickened at my own stupidity. BEWARE

I would avoid this company they are con artists

I would avoid this company! My only mistake was not checking trust pilot prior to making my order. It is click bait to con you out of payment. When you order you recieve confirmation of process and shipped, that its with you in 4-9 dsys! That is falsely advertised, I have made many complaints and they advise my order was only being processed! When I try to cancel they decline by saying its in transit or I ordered in a flash sale! Regardless of what! I am still entitled of a refund.... customer care is non exsistant. I am just happy I wasn"t conned out of more than 30e. Avoid avoid avoid!

It is a scam

It is a scam. Not an irish company , product is from China, mine never arrived or even left the warehouse and they said , they could only give 50 percent refund. Stay away from them. They then said in the next email, we will give 10 percent refund, I said , you already said 50 percent, then I got another AI email saying 50 percent! Embarrassed I ordered from them , pure scam

Click bait Chinese poison

I wouldn’t even give one star only I’m forced to. Such a waste of money. High-end click bate. Advertising like it’s a family run business in Ireland. The products did arrive, but when I seen all the Chinese writing and the postage from China I knew I had been a victim of Clickbait. Put it down the toilet and I’ll suffer the loss. God knows what poison is in those bottles.

I ordered on the 10th October now Nov 19th, goods never arrived. All marketing claim Irish Company , then I’m told goods are made and shipped from China , customer care robot like response . I had paid for shipping (5 to 9 days) Company will not issue a refund just keep saying in transit
