Vitaline is excellent not only have I had them come out to me after a fall but they have contacted me a few days later to make sure I was okay. They also contacted me when I had electric off because of an electrician in my home to make sure everything was okay.
Ordered product thinking it was from Irish company turns out product came from China and when you scan q code brings totally different site it a scam and will not refund or cancel orders Re: order Order #6938 there’s the order number plus I can forward emails from you if needed

We are sorry for your issue, but here, we have delivered according to our promise, the delay was on Chronopost's side. Sorry for pushing the blame here, but we do not have leverage on "LaPoste Group/Chronopost".
If we are not mistaken Ine, this is the order #116521, on Friday Feb 25th 2022.
As you can see in your parcel tracking link: we had delivered your parcel to Chronopost 5 hours after your order. Apparently, Chronopost has had a problem, they should deliver "next day before 6pm", including Saturdays.
You have been delivered on Monday.
This delay is out of our responsibility, this is a Chronopost issue. Did you contact them ?
