Absolutely amazing service
Absolutely amazing service! I have been recommending this to family and friends. Very fast delivery, I then posted it on Wednesday morning and had my results by Thursday evening! I am now taking Folic acid as had no idea my levels were so low, which caused all the “lovely” symptoms I’ve been having.

Hi Bea - thanks for your feedback. We use standard 'microtainers' for our samples, as these can be processed directly by analytical instrumentation. This helps minimise the amount of blood you need to collect too.
Amazing service
Amazing service. Very clear instructions, incredibly helpful with any questions relating to or about the service and incredibly attentive to getting the best experience possible. I loved the frequent updates and being able to see my sample kit getting delivered, reposted and tested all in real time with the clever update system through emails. Will be using this service from now on, I’m so grateful organisations like this exist so I can get my healthcare sorted properly! Thank you!

effective and fast but odd emailing schedule
very fast delivery of blood test and results, and straight forward to use, however i received the directions via email- 3 seperate emails, 12 hours apart each, the last of which delivered after the package containing the test.

Kits include full instructions, and we show any extra guidance needed regarding sample collection post-purchase and in your order confirmation.
The follow up emails you mention are to reinforce the importance of this and add detail for those who are interested in the process, so they are not really essential information to take the test.
Clearly though it would be more useful if they were all received before you collect your sample! We will take a look at the scheduling here.
Very fast and efficient
I went Vitall by referral from care oncology clinic. The service was impeccable. I filled the request for a blood test online and immediately received the form with the request details online and had to go print it and immediately went to The Doctors Laboratory and had the blood withdrawn and I got the results online in my account the same day after 4 hours only. I have never got blood results finish that fast even if I was admitted in a hospital. Great fast and very efficient service and I recommend it for everyone.

Fast & Reliable
Fast delivery. Very responsive staff. Unbelievably quick results, within 5 hours of them receiving my test! Gave me more of an understanding into my hormones than I did before. It put my mind at ease in some aspects. Will be investigating further with my GP for future fertility. Thank you.

Hi Chris thanks for your feedback, I’m sorry if reporting took longer than expected. If you’re the customer we think you are, then your results were available three hours after sample receipt. However, for tests purchased via our third party partner programs, results may be reviewed by the partner first before being published to you. So unfortunately this part of the process is outside of our control. If you would prefer results to be released directly to you without this review step please let us know.
Great service, especially since I work in the industry
I work in a lab in the NHS and know the ins and outs of how these tests go and I'm really happy to say that Vitall's turnaround time, equipment for taking my own blood and most of all communication were all incredible. Getting updates on things like when my sample arrived at the lab, how long the test would generally take, and what next steps to take after the test was completed are all things I wish we could offer in the NHS, it would certainly reduce the amount of phone calls I get each day.
