Based on my experience, it is very surprising to see all these negative reviews about Vitaltrack products and their services. I am writing this review not because I wanted to, but to provide an alternative experience.

I ordered the Vitaltrack Pro blood pressure machine two days ago without checking their reviews. After placing the order, I did not receive any email response with the order confirmation. At that point, I became suspicious and went straight to Trustpilot to check their reviews. Seeing the many negative reviews, I contacted my bank to cancel the payment which was still pending. I would say 'fortunately' the bank said they could not cancel a pending payment and advised me to wait until the payment had cleared.

Vitaltrack promised to deliver the product in two days but I received it today midday (a day earlier). The product is excellent with very consistent readings. It does not give wide variances irrespective of how many times it runs. I am super happy with the product and the readings it gives compared to Pro Logic blood pressure which I had earlier that used to produce figures with very wide variances.

I believe this is a scam. Wanted to return but no return address anywhere. Emailed, nothing. Phone just tells you to ring back. Why is this Company still on the internet. Am going to contact my bank. Need reporting for online fraud.

I have read all these negative comments and I must have a different BP MONITOR because I am truly satisfied with customer service and the unit itself. As a nurse I can highly recommend the accuracy of VITALTRACK BP MONITOR

Ordered Vitaltrack BP Monitor Feb 17/2025. Received Canada Post notification available for pickup March 1/2025. Amount due $24.35. Tried numerous times to contact Vitaltrack no response. Terrible service. Terry Rintala

Within two days the unit stopped charging and I had to switch to batteries. I tried different cables and USB plugs but nothing worked. I have emailed the company twice and phoned on numerous occasions I have received no answer from the emails and every time you call a voice just says how important the call is to them and could we call back in 10 minutes and nobody ever answers. Really really rubbish company. Thank you

As all of the other reviews. A total scam to send you a cheap bit of plastic that just doesn’t work. No chance you can speak to anyone as it says line busy. I wonder why. No response to emails either.

This company are complete scammers. They offered a 90 day back money guarantee, but they didn't fulfill their pledge. I sent back their TENS machine - which was worse than useless - and I checked the Royal Mail delivery service that it was definitely returned to the address they provided. After I followed up on my non-repayment, they denied receiving delivery. Unfortunately, I can't find the postal receipt and they continue to deny refunding me my payment.

I hope I am not jumping the gun here. If I had read the trust pilot reviews before buying the Vitaltrack blood pressure monitor, I would have dropped it like a hot brick. However, We are where we are. Strange that I have read reviews on other platforms, most of which were positive.
Here is my own experience so far.
Ordering on line was simple, delivery was ahead of schedule and the product appears to be of very good quality. The only gripe I would have, is that the cuff is not that good because too much velcro seems to have been used. The bottom edge of the cuff is quite sharp and can also cut into your forearm. The tube is more than adequate in length as long as you sit in an upright chair close to a desk or table (which is what you are supposed to do anyway) with the regards to the instructions, yes they are overly complicated and the display etc could be larger, but the actual setting up itself is pretty straight forward. Once set up, things are very easy, the machine is almost silent and has a pretty quick operation. Obviously I cannot vouch for its accuracy other than its readings are pretty consistent. I am using it twice a day as my GP has requested. If it goes wrong and the company does not respond, then the heavens will descend as I am used to dealing successfully with uncooperative companies.
27/4/25 update
So far so good as they say. I had a medical episode where my blood pressure was taken in my home. Whilst the paramedics were here they requested to see and test my own monitor. It was within one unit both on the systolic and diastolic readings. Well pleased!

numerous attempts to phone, can't get through, just disconnects you.

Tens machine Arrived quickly however QR code for instructions doesn’t work and the booklet is too small to read- do not buy from this company I have raised a card dispute with my bank for a refund since the company is unreachable. Suggest all affected raise card dispute directly with your bank

It’s been over a week and my item has not shipped, and they are not answering the phone or respond to emails. Avoid this company!!!

I bought the VitalTrack Pro Series TENS machine.
It has proved impossible to find a video explaining how to set it up on either YouTube or VitalTrack's site.
The instruction booklet is very complicated to understand, and the company does not reply when contacted.
Do not buy this product.

I bought the blood pressure monitor with the understanding that I had 90 days to return it if it was not suitable. Within a week I emailed to say I wanted to return it. They immediately replied with postage details. I sent it, tracked. 2 weeks later, having heard nothing, I emailed. They ignored me. 2 weeks later I emailed again, they completely ignored me. It is impossible to contact them unless they are giving you the address to return it, once they have it, you don't exist to them. I raised a dispute with Amex, and now 2 months later, VitalTrack are demanding proof of postage, but only via Amex, I have never heard from them.

I want to return the blood pressure monitor I recently bought because the readings are way off and the cord connected to cuff is short, makes it really inconvenient to use. The customer service number seems to be a fraud. You just can't get through to them. And no response when you send email to the email address mentioned on site. DON'T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

It took me months and my credit card company to investigate the scam of Vitaltrack blood pressure monitor to get a refund. After I returned the defective product they did not refund my money. I had to go through my credit card company to dispute the charges. The customer service number is a scam also! Don’t purchase!

Ordered a finger pulse oximeter in dec 2024 but never arrived, its now the 6th Feb 2025. The company never responded to my several emails or my phone call. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Still waiting for blood pressure monitor after 8 days. Website advertises 2-5 day shipping. Tracking still saying product has left UK for New Zealand. After reading reviews not expecting a quality product. Was advertised as best bp monitor available in N Z. No indication that it was being shipped from the UK.

I ordered a pulse oximeter from this company. It is nowhere near accurate. If you need to monitor your oxygen due to a health issue don’t waste your money on this one. I have tried to leave reviews on their website and they immediately take them down. That explains why they have all five star reviews. Do not buy from this company.

This is a huge scam. I purchased a TENS/EMS machine to use post knee surgery to aid with recovery. When using it, it did not feel like it was working correctly and was causing pain I would not expect from a TENS machine. I asked to return it under the 90 day trial policy because I was not happy with it and it didn't seem fit for purpose. Of course, I received no response to emails or the web form, and the phone line just has a recorded message. Having turned to Trustpilot, I realised what a huge scam this company is, with many people not receiving goods at all. Fortunately, I paid by credit card and have been able to raise a claim via Mastercard. I have been reimbursed whilst they pursue the claim on my behalf. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I don't know how they continue to get away with selling these items and promoting false claims on their website about the products being 'medically certified', which they clearly aren't.

If there was a zero rating I would give a zero. I ordered the blood reassure moniter and it has not arrived. I have been unsuccessful trying to contact someone. DO NOt ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
