Blood pressure monitor is inaccurate. In my case, systolic consistently reads 30-40 points on the low side. Charge lasts only a couple days, not a week as advertised. Band is very hard to separate... See more

Definitely a fraud company
Definitely a fraud company. I bought the Tens machine after seeing fast priority USPS 2 day shipping and good reviews on the actual site. It’s being delivered 15 days later by DHL…I haven’t gotten the unit yet but now as I dig deeper and I’m pretty sure I can anticipate total garbage. I’ll contact my credit card company and kill the payment. Don’t buy from them.
The oximeter was bought for a relative…
The oximeter was bought for a relative and the reading was 99%sp2 constantly, I have 3 others that function and read ok, and going by a review I was impressed to buy this for the stated medical accuracy - ( The Best Pulse Oximeters of 2025) I sent off for it, when it arrived the packing was typical Amazon packaging, the instruction leaflet / book was so small it required a magnifying glass to read and the screen display size was identical to any other oximeter though the outer glass was larger only. now going through PayPal and hope to get a refund.
Just look and compare the names and photos on these two sites-

This BP monitor is a load of crap
This BP monitor is a load of crap. The tubing to the monitor is so short that it causes the monitor to fall on the floor and break. Additionally, if your diastolic pressure falls below 70, you are provided no results. An error message is not appropriate. Provide the values then allow me and my physician to decide if there is a problem. Total piece of crap.
ANSWER EMAIL OR PHONE CALLS
Absolutely a pile of crap
Absolutely a pile of crap. I have absolutely no idea how to turn this thing on. The phone line is a joke . All you get is a message saying call back in 10 minutes and we will answer. Contact form on website goes unanswered and emails are ignored.DO NOT BUY !!!!! If anyone can tell me how to switch the frigger on , I would be most grateful
NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! It is impossible to get a response if you have a problem....I bought a blood pressure monitor that is faulty and need to return it. No return address, no response from my calls and emails. They boast a 90 day return guarantee....Absolute tosh! Avoid like the plague....
Vital Track Pro Tens Machine
I bought a tens machine (Vital Track Pro) but was unimpressed. I tried to contact VitalTrack to return it under their '90 day return guarantee'. This 'company' does not respond to emails, website contact forms and never answers their contact telephone line which is, allegedly, always busy. It's impossible to hold on because they terminate the call immediately after the 'busy' message.
I propose attempting a chargeback through every available source especially PayPal which I used for the purchase.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ORGANISATION, they appear to be complete rogues!
If I could give them zero star rating I would.
UPDATE: With PayPal's assistance, I finally obtained return authorisation and instructions. I just hope I get a full refund to which I'm entitled. The return is being collected by Evri on Thursday.
DO NOT BUY FROM VITAL TRACK
This 'company' does not respond to Emails, website contact forms and NEVER anwers their contact telephone line.
I received a TENS machine (Vital Track Pro series) as a Christmas gift ----- it is like a poorly made kids' toy, very poor quality and the instruction booklet is useless (print so small you need a magnifying glass) and a QR code to a non existent 'set up' video. The unit does not work and I have tried to contact VitalTrack to return it under their '90 day return guarantee'. No chance............... no response whatsoever.
I propose attempting a chargeback with my bank....failing that, I will report them to Trading Standards and take County Court proceedings for refund and court costs.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS ORGANISATION..you will regret it.
I wish I could give them zero star rating
Terrible after sales “service”
Terrible after sales “service”. Do not answer the phone or respond to emails.
Just do not order from this company.
Terrible, I’ve parted with money and want a refund or exchange because the blood pressure monitor is faulty. Dealing with this company increases one’s blood pressure. I wish you hade a zero rating for a review, rating a 1 is to high.
Compact Monitor
Originally I had issues with the tracking as I am in Australia yet
the item was unavailable from here, therefore my order was coming from the UK,at first company was non responsive but I opened a case with PayPal and from then on the company kept in touch regarding updates. Finally received it today, tried it, and was very impressed with the quality.
Comes with a small carry pouch and USB plug, convenient for traveling.
I recommend this company and BPM. So far it's working fine
Positive feedback from me!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
this review is almost identical to the previous review but needs to be said....
ordered 2 items... however unable to use second item due to health restraints... contacted them to ask about returns...got confirmation via email I could return for refund. Returned using Royal Mail 24 tracking, was signed for on 12/12/24. No refund been given and no longer respond to email and phone message always says unavailable at this time and/or phone back in 10 minutes. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Do not use this company
Totally agree with other comments. I am another totally dissatisfied customer. Unhappy with product when it arrived, got confirmation via email I could return for refund. Returned using Royal Mail 24 tracking, was signed for on 12/12/24. No refund been given and no longer respond to email and phone message always says unavailable at this time and/or phone back in 10 minutes. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Delivery delay
I ordered the Vitaltrack device on 15th Dec, then wondered if I had made a mistake - it was finally delivered on 10th January. Closer investigation revealed the package has languished in Melbourne for 16 days!! Australia Post at fault.
A comparative test with my friend's OMRON meter yielded completely consistent results. The Vitaltrack meter was just over half the price of the OMRON.
I'm happy
Ordered blood pressure monitor in haste…
Ordered blood pressure monitor in haste before reseaching about it, quickly realised it was a scam.
But luckily i ordered it through paypal on buy in 3 payment plan. I immediately phoned paypal to tell them it was a scam, and they were brillant , the lady I spoke to said she was putting in a claim against them to get the money refunded.
within 2 hours I have got a delivery tracking reference from VitalTrack. it will be returned immediately if they supply a return address. Also I will be recording the opening of the package and repacking of the item in case Vitaltrack try to say I damaged it.
Also it seems to me payapl are aware of this company the way the lady from paypal delt with my query with them.
Avoid at all costs.
This comes up on Google searches as a good purchase. They claim the machine is used by the NHS, beware this is all false. The reviews on the website are false, these people are scammers.
I purchased a Tens machine which came quickly. On opening it is obviously rubbish. The QR code does not work and the hyperlink yields no instructions. I asked for return information which I eventually received. I sent the item back by special delivery. They said they would refund within 10 days.Nothing. All my further attempts to make contact are meeting with silence. This company needs shutting down and I can’t see how they are continuing to trade.
Vitaltrack -This is a scam company
This is a scam company. They refuse to supply a return procedure (despite 90 day promise of refund) and will not respond to emails and phone calls. Avoid like the plague.
Has been a nightmare trying to contact…
Has been a nightmare trying to contact them and do a return within a week of receiving the item! Honestly this company is not worth the hassle.
poor service
Despite paying for next day delivery it took 4 days to reach me . The company ignore my e mails .
Vitaltrack…Pulse Oximeter
I placed an order for a Vitaltrack pulse Oximeter. Two were sent. I wanted to return one so tried calling and emailing to no avail. The one I opened stopped working so I opened the second one and that was no good either. I was still unable to contact anyone. I obviously can't return it for a refund. I would not buy anything from them again. They are taking advantage of sick people.
