Blood pressure monitor is inaccurate. In my case, systolic consistently reads 30-40 points on the low side. Charge lasts only a couple days, not a week as advertised. Band is very hard to separate... See more

Ordered a Blood Pressure Monitor
Ordered a Blood Pressure Monitor and paid for next day delivery. Two days later the item was delivered. I have since tried to contact VitalTrack by phone and e mail to ask for a refund of my next day delivery charge but, I am unable to get a reply. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Doesn’t even charge!
Husband in severe back pain after a fall painkillers not working so heard about tens machines read(obviously false with hindsight) glowing review so ordered vital track came quickly but almost impossible to read the manual is so faint and worst of all it won’t charge
Feel very sad that they should take advantage of trusting people in pain
If I could give 0 stars I would
If I could give 0 stars I would.
I bought the tens machine in December and have not received it despite there being a 2-3 working days delivery timeframe. All attempts to contact the company have gone unanswered and the tracking number results in an error message.
I decided to purchase based on it being the number 1 recommended tens machine in a review article.
Totally disgusted with this company. Avoid!
Seems it has all been said by other customers
Seems it has all been said. I wish I had viewed Trustpilot before purchasing. It's a total scam. The phone does not answer, they don't respond to emails or messages. The product (blood pressure monitor) is total rubbish. The sponsored reviews are clearly fake. I'm alarmed that other client's credit card details have been abused by this company. I'll be going back to an Omron device, invoking buyer protection, and changing my card details as a precaution.
I ordered the VitalTrack blood pressure…
I ordered the VitalTrack blood pressure monitor. Not only have I not received it, Vital Track does not answer their phone number 01613990341 or their email.
I purchased this product because of the glowing review it received from Health and Living (healthandliving.net)
Vital Track is definitely scamming its customers.
Update on my experience with Vitaltrack
I attempted numerous times to update my previous review of Vitaltrack. However, Trustpilot wouldn't allow me to do so.
I did receive the package, yet did not open it. Took it to the Post Office. They wrote "Refused" on the package. Although they indicated I could keep track of it with the original Tracking Number, I found this not to be the case.
Yesterday, the credit card company indicated the merchant has not responded to their notification of my complaint. The merchant has until early February to do so. Meanwhile, I've been given a provisional credit.
Let the buyer beware.
Terrible experience with unresponsive company
Absolutely impossible to contact this company either for clear instructions on use or details about how to access their 90 day return policy. Multiple emails unanswered and the same phone message saying "phone lines are busy please call again in 10 minutes" each time I've rung for days. The instruction manual is printed so small it's impossible to read, and the QR code that is meant to lead to an instruction video doesn't work.
No problem with this company.

In the interests of balance, I would say that when my monitor arrived and I found it to be faulty, I notified the Customer Care desk. I was really annoyed with myself because when making the purchase I saw the Trust pilot logo and did not check number oh stars or read the reviews.
Within 24 hours I was advised that I should destroy the device snd that a refund had been made.
I checked my account today and indeed, the refund had been made.
So while I am so sorry for all who have had a really bad experience, my outcome was better than I imagined.
The moral of the story, online shopping is not for the faint hearted and should always involve research and reading of reviews.
No Trust pilot review, no.purchase.
return process run-around, watch doesn't work as advertised.
the watch did not work as advertised. the return process feels like a run-around.
it feels like a scam to me.
Very good service - Slightly slow email response.
Hi,
I bought a pulse oximeter from Vitaltrack based on good reviews of the unit on a few comparison sites. Parcel arrived Next-day with delivery cost included in the price. Unit itself functioned perfectly and all as described, living up to it's No.1 review status.
Unfortunately it did not suit my mother's particular problems so I emailed Vitaltrack for return details. It did take two days for a reply in which they apologised for the delay due to the time of year and high demand. I returned the oximeter, and was refunded the same day that it arrived back with them.
If I had read the reviews here first I probably wouldn't have bought from them, but I can't fault their service or product.
Pretty much a scam
Initially, I thought this was ok though it does seem temperamental in that there are sudden surges of power which can obviously painful and dangerous. However, customer service is nonexistent. When you speak to them about that or attempt to buy more electrode pads they are completely silent . Would most definitely not recommend. The last thing you need when in extreme pain if something that causes even more.

Vitaltrack blood pressure machine
I seen them on line with some good reviews. I was in market for a good blood pressure machine so I ordered one. I later get a warning that this was a fraudulent attempt to use my credit card. I tried calling company and there phone line has a recording and never answer phones. I immediately emailed them to try to cancel order and several hours later they said too late to cancel. After a week it shows up and we tested it on me and my wife. After several back to back readings it had variation of 20+ points. They are junk. It was a fight to get my money back and bank canceled my card due to this order. Do more research on these before you think of buying one. I highly recommend getting one somewhere else.
Well that was a shock...
Well, as someone has already mentioned on here, I was shocked to see the One-Star reviews on here! I bought my Vital Track BP monitor, via a review site for NHS recommend monitors (needless to say, I can't find that site now). So far I have no reason to complain, it arrived promptly, was very easy to set up, and as far as I can tell, is doing the job it's meant to.
The equipment has a good quality feel and is packaged well, the instructions are clear enough, broken down into relevant sections.
I now face a quandary, have I just wasted my money, or do I buy another brand that is actually certified by British Heart Foundation/NHS? Or maybe the review site has been hacked, who knows, we live in a world of unknowns these days. Meanwhile, I will continue using the Vital Track monitor.
Update... I feel very disappointed on reading some of these reviews, and now have doubt on the accuracy of the machine. So, I will look into returning the product and get one that is certified.
Honestly don't know what to say here
I made a purchase without reviewing the website first which I never do. I was half sleeping when I searched for a pulse oximeter and vitaltrack was recommended. So needless to say I went ahead and purchased one. I received my purchase 2 working days later. Free delivery. I have just now tested my oximeter and it works grand. I then decided to read the reviews and am really confused as to what I am seeing. All these 1 star reviews, all negative. Now if I had read the reviews first I would never have purchased from them but fortunately I have no complaints that I did. My location shows as GB but I am from Northern Ireland.
