I am thoroughly satisfied with my purchases from Vitaly Design. My initial purchase was the Paralyze Necklace, which arrived promptly and exceeded my expectations in terms of beauty and quality. The exceptional craftsmanship and speed of delivery left me so impressed that I made a second purchase, the Ranson necklace. While my second purchase required assistance from Vitaly Custom Service, I was delighted with the prompt and truthful responses to my questions and requests. Overall, I have a positive experience with Vitaly Design, a company with trustworthy staff that consistently delivers high-quality products and exceptional customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality products and excellent customer service.

After placing my order, I received no tracking email or shipping notification at all. I only learned that the package had supposedly been delivered after contacting Vitaly several days later. The courier confirmed that my email address had not been shared, which resulted in the package being left outside without any way for me to be notified or present.

The courier left the package outside, on the street (after my investigation, sent me the picture of the package outside), where it was stolen.

Customer service refused to take responsibility despite this clear handling error, and no satisfactory solution was offered.

It is especially disappointing because my first experience with this company was positive. This situation raises serious concerns about order follow-up and how issues are handled when they occur.

The customer service with company is 10/10. The morning after placing my order I received a call from a customer representative. Unheard of, really makes the shopping experience one of a kind. They were following up on what I thought and offering discounts on future orders. I did have to change the shipping address well after the cut off date and they got back to me in just a couple hours and were able to make the change for me. Will be shopping with them again. 10/10 recommend.

Vitaly Designs makes well-made and creative jewelry from recycled steel. Each piece I own is incredibly well-made and extremely distinctive. You will be stopped constantly by people wanting to know where you bought your jewelry. Customer service is first-rate and the in-store experience is great! I am a customer for life!

I've bought earrings, chains, and rings from Vitaly over the course of 3 years. They all shine like I bought them yesterday. I've spoken to customer service as well and they were always quick to respond and supportive of my needs. I'll be shopping here for a long time.

Reliable products and incredibly reliable customer service. Super impressed with them. replies were very quick, orders was process super quick aswell.

I've ordered multiple items from this site, and only made a return once very recently. Customer service was terrible; took a long time to respond, and then tried to deny the return once 30 days had passed. They offered 'store credit' when I contested it, but in the end they only gave me a single-use, unstackable coupon code. Since coupons can't be used on sale items, that means I can't use it until next year, when their current sale is over. They refused to provide actual store credit. It feels like I'm being punished for holding them accountable. The entire situation was a nightmare, and I can't support a company that uses misleading language in their policies.

I happened to make a small error with my order and reached out to customer service for assistance. To my delight, they responded within mere hours and resolved the matter with remarkable efficiency and grace. Such attentive and courteous service feels rather rare these days. I’m truly impressed and very much looking forward to receiving my parcel — your jewellery is simply exquisite.

Very fast reply great quality jewelry

purchased an item from the uk which was delivered promptly to my by ups , i needed to return this item the day i received it and there is a postal strike in canada and the only form of return is post office ?
they do mot accept ups , dhl or any others ?
which is stange as they delivery ups ?
so i have no way of return as for the postal strike that could be months .
i did ask for a small parcial refund and i would keep as
i new i cannot send back but that was delined .
my only option is to get paypal involved ..
i know its not there fault for the strike but they are most uncoperative ...

I absolutely love vitaly. Both products and service are reliable and beyond satisfactory. I keep coming back for new pieces and I look forward to future products to come. Have and would recommend to anyone.

Really fast reply time, they got back to me almost immediately after I had a question, they also gave helpful tips and answered my questions well.

Almost a year of back and forth communication to get a promised refund and yet it is still being worked on. Their communication team is sloppy/lazy or just don’t care. Really disappointed with the service and quite sad with their attitude towards the customer. I will not buy anything from them ever again. I advise you to do the same if you want to skip the long headache with this kind of service!
