My 9214490347125904022932 order has not arrived. It’s been 11 days and when I look it appears to be in New Zealand.I am at USA California Visalia. I thought you were a good company. Your website says delivery within 3-5 days.

Charged duties for merchandise I will return
I ordered a number of items intending to return most of them; the shipment was from Vitaly in Canada to the United States.
I ended up being charged $212.10 of import duties for the shipment. When I reached out to Vitaly, they said that there was no way they could predict the duties required for their goods, which is absurd – FedEx, their shipper, offers an online calculator.
Now I'm stuck filing forms with Customs & Border Protection the government to try to reclaim the duties on these items. I'll never order from them again.

Don’t buy anything from these scammers! I purchased a chain as a gift, and the color of the marbles changed in less than two weeks, even without being worn, while it was still in the box. I took the chain to the store and asked for an exchange or warranty, but they refused to help and referred me to their website. I also received no support from their website. The chain cost $120 and was supposed to have a lifetime warranty. I wasted my money. Don’t buy from a brand that has no customer support and makes fake promises!

Ordered a size 7 and was shipped a size 4. After ordering I was sent a confirmation email. The confirmation email told me that a size 4 was being shipped. I contacted the company by email twice within an hour of ordering. I was ignored until they shipped the ring then when I returned the item they charged me $8 for their system error. Poor customer service and I think they are not looking for any repeat business by reading alot of their reviews.

I picked up a few pieces from Vitaly Design recently—the Tensho Earrings, Resonator Earrings, Keshi Bracelet, and the Ravish Necklace—and honestly, they blew me away. All of them are super well-made and feel like they’ll last forever, but the Ravish Necklace? That one is next level. It’s bold, elegant, and just pulls everything together. You can tell there’s so much thought put into the details of each piece. If you’re into jewelry that’s unique and modern without being over-the-top, Vitaly’s definitely worth checking out.

Great products but buying experience could be improved for EU customers
I bought the shimmer necklace and 2 rings during the black friday sale, they're all lovely and really stand out. Unfortunately the 2 rings were too big so I had to return them, then re-order them in the right size (since you can't exchange discounted items otherwise they make you pay full price).
I have some mixed feelings about the whole buying experience because of this. Thought I would take a chance since there are 30 days to return… but it’s up to the customer to pay for return costs (which are insanely expensive, 15€ for a 80 grams package??? and that was the cheapest option). And then I had to pay shipping fees for the 2nd order, even if I was just re-ordering the same items I needed in the right size. The first order had free shipping... I reached out to customer service to see if we could work something out, to no avail. Sometimes a small commercial gesture goes a long way...
The support was very quick in answering though.
In the end I lost a big chunk of the “savings” I was supposed to make with the Black Friday sale on shipping costs back and forth. I love the products, but I’ll be hesitant to order again from this website, especially for rings. I hope that one day Vitaly products make their way back to Zalando (or other marketplace) where I used to buy them, because it was a lot easier and less headache-inducing, at least for European customers.

I was experiencing a glitch with the black Friday sale code not applying, and Richard, a member of their tech team, personally reached out to confirm that the issue was resolved. Aimee, from customer support, escalated and responded to my issue within the hour and things were resolved in a day! I was blown away by both the speed and professionalism with which things were handled.
My jewelery arrived beautifully packaged (with discounts properly applied) and I love it, great weight, quality and feel.

Just amazing ring designs
I recently got into jewelry and bought myself a watch and necklace from other places. The only problem was that i could not for the life of me find any rings that i liked which were not from some shady site with to good to be true deals. Then i found vitaly designs. As i was new i was hesitant at first but found some amazing designs within their collection. I like minimal jewelry and they had plenty. Though they also had some really cool statement rings although those are even though they are definitly not for me. I got the inverse and tengent for both my ring fingers and the degree as a signet/statement ring. All in all for only 130 euro. I never wore rings before but i already love them. They are from stainless steel, so yeah, no sterling silver but i like the shine from these more anyway then my necklace i have in sterling silver. These will be amazing and i can easily switch them out for the right occasions. Delivery was about a week. They are based in portugal i believe and i am in the netherlands so decent delivery time and tracking aswell. Altough the necklaces and bracelets do look amazing i havent found any for me but i will definitly be checking once in a while to see what they got new and in sale. For sizing it kinda suck they dont have half sizes but i went to a store to get my sizes checked and they match so its all good. Please do this if you get anythung from sale because some are final sale so you wont be able to return them. I knew this and i would have gotten one ring a size up but it still fits fine.

Vitaly Paradox x UGLYWORLDWIDE
I ordered a chain from Vitaly - but unfortunately during the checkout process I didn't properly check the shipping address and the package was sent back.
After talking to support they were kind enough to send it again (at no additional cost!) and the package arrived today! So for me the customer support was really top notch.
As for the product, the chain is looking really awesome and feels like it's made from a good quality stainless steel.
With all that said, there is nothing left to do than to recommend Vitaly!
Poor Resolution and Unhelpful Service
My experience with Vitaly has been unsatisfactory. Despite my delivery being marked as "delivered," I never received the package. When I brought this to Vitaly's attention, they refused to offer a refund or reimbursement, simply stating that since it was marked delivered, there was nothing they could do. The lack of any resolution, aside from a polite yet unhelpful "unfortunately, there's nothing further we can do," left me frustrated. There are definitely more customer-friendly policies available from other vendors.

Misleading Practices and Terrible Customer Service - Avoid!
I am deeply disappointed with my experience with Vitaly. Their business practices are misleading, and their customer service is beyond frustrating. I recently purchased three rings, only to find out later that two of them were non-refundable because they were sale items. This critical information was not made clear at checkout or anywhere visible during the purchase process. Instead, it was buried in a drop-down list on the product page and in their Help Center—places a customer has no reason to check before making a purchase.
When I reached out to customer service, they refused to offer a refund, despite their complete lack of transparency. Their response was condescending, and they repeatedly pointed to fine print that no reasonable customer would expect to have to search for. Offering only an exchange or gift card after failing to disclose a major return policy upfront is incredibly unfair and feels like a bait-and-switch tactic.
I will never shop with Vitaly again and urge others to avoid this company. They do not respect their customers and have no regard for transparency or fair business practices. I’ll be pursuing a dispute with my bank and reporting them to consumer protection authorities.
Buyer beware!

Shopping with Vitaly for close to a decade, I get many compliments on the jewelry and it has all lasted all these years; minus 2 thin chains I pulled too hard during partying. my fault!
I've recently bought some new things (yay ear cuff, gifted a lip cuff), and the quality is excellent. My 55cm Riot chain arrived yesterday and I'm IN LOVE. it's my favourite, a fantasy really. Comfy and sexy.
Never had a bad customer service experience, though I haven't returned/exchanged more than 2 items. Happy to support local, especially when it fits my lifestyle.

My Deadmau5 pendant arrived missing stones and the articulated ring separated into 2 pieces that couldn't have been reunited by God herself!
