Hi Mark, Sorry you thought that! As you purchased the medium blend this is our lighter of roasts, so you may be better off with the Dark roast for a stronger flavour! :)

Hi Paul, Vitamin Coffee is a ground coffee (as stated on the product) in which it requires a variety of brewing methods (either cafetière, stove top, drip filter or coffee machine) to brew it. We are really sorry that you didn't spot that when ordering and hope that you are able to use your coffee with one of the above methods!

Hi Keith, really sorry you think this! The dark roast is our strongest roast, however two large scoops of our dark energy blend is usually great for those that like a strong cup!

The service was efficient and quicker…
The service was efficient and quicker than expected, however the coffee itself I found fairly bitter and didn't have a great deal of flavour to be honest. Perfectly drinkable and you couldn't taste that there had been anything added to it, just tasted like a pretty bland, cheap coffee to be honest.
