I'm extremely pleased that the vitamins that I take are offered by the Vitamin Discount Center. My inability to rate a 5 star is not product related. At my other distributor which no longer operates, the cost fit my fixed-income (75 Years old) much better. But, because Vitamin Discount Center has my vitamins and I'm on no medications. I'll continue to order and recommend them.

I recently needed some vitamins that I used to purchase, among other items, at your Tyrone Blvd/St. Pete location, that has since closed. After calling another St. Pete location, speaking to a friendly and helpful staff member and finding that the store shelves were not complete, I was given Sophia's number to make a special order that was delivered directly to my home. Sophia was extremely pleasant to deal with, resolved my need, was kind, patient and forthcoming with information directing me to other products that VDC supplies to fit with my diet and nutritional needs, and placed my order that came the very next day. This is why, whether my location has closed or I need to order for delivery, I continue to be a devoted VDC customer. My experiences with VDC have always been great ones, from the products, to the people, to the policy. Not many businesses have been this "tried and true" over the years, and I'm so grateful for yours. Thank you

I used to be able to shop Vitamin Discount Center (VDC) locally. Having moved I missed the interactions. Bu online shopping at VDC was quick and hey have several items on clearance and received my shipping in just a few days

I usually call and speak to Sofia and she is extremely courteous, helpful, efficient and pleasant too. This is not the norm with most companies and I appreciate being able to speak to her and not having to go online. Give her a raise!!!!

The search algorithm is not very good and I am not able to save my favorite items. The site really need some extra attention.

delay with no explanation, had to call to find out about the problems. explained that i coud get all this frm AMAZON but that this is a local company and that i prefer to support you rather than amazon.
your defense is and should be customer service enad communication.

They return my calls promptly and are quick to ship. They let me know when things are out of stock. The prices are great
