Damaged package
I received my order more or less in the normal time, but I had to pay import fees. The package arrived damaged, with products also damaged inside (broken package, shredded tablets) I sent pictures of everything, they said they would solve and today, almost two months later still not solved anything. Terrible customer service.

I placed my order over a week ago and I have received no communication regarding when will this be delivered to me. Hermes tracking details kept saying the order is delayed and there is no way I could contact hermes to figure out what causing the delay and when I am going to receive my item. Utterly frustrating!

I am ttc and a fertility doctor recommended FH Pro. It seems to be good as it contains all the necessary vitamins and minerals although taking 6 tablets in one go seems a bit too much for me. Still waiting for results.
