Essential One- brilliant
I’ve been having an ‘essential one’ subscription for a few months now, following their health quiz and I can honestly say, I feel so much better for taking these daily tablets. The fact they are personalised, based on info you provide (which areas you need help/improvement with) gave me confidence and they aren’t full of rubbish/fillers like the vitamins you buy elsewhere. Also if you have any questions, their customer service is excellent (quick responses) and a real human!! Would highly recommend! 🙂

No more HRT
I turned to Vitl whilst going through the menopause. After answering a few quick health questions they put together vitl vitamins I needed. I know longer take HRT and really don’t need it. I feel great and don’t experience any hormone symptoms.

Great customer experience
Great customer experience - I emailed about Christmas deliveries, and Lika was very helpful. Got my order sorted quickly so it would arrive in time.
Very quick at replying as well, which is amazing - most companies take a couple of days to respond!
The vitamins have been great. I wasn't sure if I'd notice a difference, but I feel better, my sleep has improved, and my skin looks great.

Second month's order hasn't arrived
Only been taking the vitamins a month, and my second month's order hasn't arrived - even when chased, it hasn't been expedited. 5 days now without any vitamins to take so no idea if they're making a difference to my health and well-being. Poor service.

I completely understand your frustrations here and I want to assure you this is not the level of service we look to give our customers. The subscriptions is set up so you do not have a break in vitamins, let alone have to wait over a week for them, so I do really apologise for this.
Unfortunately we were experiencing a dispatch issue at our warehouse which is why your order was so delayed. I have gone ahead and refunded you for this pack, as we completely understand this has not been a great experience. Please note refunds take between 5-10 working days to be processed, depending on your bank.
We want to ensure you keep taking your vitamins and so I have added a 30% discount to the next 3 months worth. I have also amended your subscription so you will only receive your next pack when you need it.

I feel like the supplements make a big improvement to getting me focused for the day and I notice when I haven't had them. I don't like the plastic strip packaging as it's bad for the environment, so I would change that. I like that there is a quiz to tailor the supplements to each individual.

This is something we are looking to move away from over the next year, but for now we have partnered with Terracycle who recycle our blister strips for us. we ask customers to save around 4 months worth of strips and then reach out to hello@vitl.com. We can issue you with a returns label to send them off in the post and from there they get recycled!

Vitl is a great vitamin company. The staff are always quick to reply to any queries that I have and are so helpful and friendly. Improvement within a week

Order not delivered account not reacheable
Using their service for the past year. Now I cannot login in for more than a week, their 'magic link' does not come over, also for my last subscription they took the money 3+ weeks ago, last time i could check in my account the order was still with them 10 days ago. SO did they just stop existing? Functioning? They reached the number of subscribers they wanted took the last subscription money and poof?

Great product and great customer service
I’ve only been taking my vitamins for a very short while (this is my first box) but I like the handy daily sleeves that snap off so I can take them anywhere with me, it’s so handy to make sure I get my vitamins in for the day. The customer service of this company is excellent, my first box contained an error and they very quickly sent a replacement and provided me with postage to send the wrong box back.
I love the simplicity of taking the quiz and personalising my vitamins and I’m really happy that I changed from my old supplier to this one, it’s just so much easier and a lot more convenient for me.
