Dental implants
Dr. Nurdan, Dr. Nagehan Patient assistant Sara, and Mr Assad have all been excellent and have ensured I have felt comfortable as possible, I had 8 implants and a number of teeth removed with no pain whatsoever! Highly recommend Vitrin clinic!
3months on and no issues at all, implants seemed to have healed, no problems at all with the temporary bridge placed across the front top teeth. I can’t wait to go back and have the zirconium crowns placed! the clinic has also stayed in contact with me and also answered any questions I have had.
I have just completed my final visit to Vitrin clinic and have had teeth placed on my implants and crowns over my existing teeth, everything has gone well the dentists have been exceptional and the interpreters have been very welcoming and helpful, such a pleasant experience and highly recommended Vitrin clinic for anyone thinking about coming to Istanbul for treatment, I’m so glad I made the decision to come from Australia

Top professional Clinic with the sweetest staff
I chose Vitrin Clinic because they are a clinic with their permits and certifications in order! Many clinics in Turkey cannot present the correct certificates with registration in the health system. The clinic is not the cheapest in Turkey, but I have felt well taken care of all the way through! Everything from hotel booking to daily pickup and return to the hotel has gone perfectly. Vitrin Clinic's staff have welcomed me warmly every day, with a smile and a good cup of coffee if desired. They are simply so sweet, and the clinic appears extremely professional with very skilled people. I am going through a BIG process with my entire mouth being reconstructed, so I will return to Vitrin in 6 months! I am looking forward to it, as I know that the final result will be fantastic with such skilled people at Vitrin Clinic. <3

Amazing experience!! From the moment I walked in the clinic I was treated so kindly and respectfully. The staff is Amazing! Everyone is so polite and tend to your needs. Dr Nurdon was a true professional, patient and caring and so were her assistants! No pain what so ever during my surgery. I would highly recommend Vitrin clinic for all your dental work!

To be honest with this review I was initially terrified when I got to vitrin clinic. I was immediately put at ease as I was greeted by the warm smiles of this professional team. Within minutes I had multiple x rays taken and a care package drawn up instantly. Overall I had a fantastic experience and can’t wait to go back for my forever smile… stop thinking about it and just do it 😬

I had a unique journey and experience of an amazing people who worked it out for my treatment from a longtime suffering of teeth problems.

Well all I can say is hats off to vitrin, after having a problem with a failed inplant I had to go back they corrected the problem under my 7 year guarantee which I had my doubts but to be fair they were more than helpful I would recommend them to anyone

Finally a solution for all the pain and teeth problems we lived with.
I came to vitrin clinic from NY with scared guts and alot of worries of the outcome of this big trial (my husband changing the whole teeth formulation top and bottom), but this all changed once we came to vitrin clinic starting with the warm hospitality till the end results that went beyond our thoughts going through all the questions and worries we kept throwing at them and came back with all the patience, sufficent answers and convenient time we spent there.
They fulfilled every single word they mentioned during the visit including the time frame, the dental service, the meetings, the hotel excellency and of course the financial budget that they worth every single penny of it and not to mention the after service followups.
I'm talking out of personal experience, they gave a whole new life for my husband away from any pain and teeth problems.

WENT FROM LONDON: Vitrin aftercare is disgusting
This is a direct message to Vitrin. My Husband has tried to reach out to you through various channels of communication - WhatsApp, email, and telephone.
He had implants at your surgery just over a year ago, and one of these has become loose. His warranty covers having this checked and fixed, but your team have been stringing him along in irregular communication since last July (2023). It is now January 2024! False promises of being called back, speaking with a Dr etc. It's enough now!
I work as a Dr in the UK and know very well that your service will be regulated by the Ministry of Health in Turkey. I absolutely do not want to pursue this matter at a legal level with your regulatory body, but I will have no choice if someone does not respond to his query as a matter of urgency.
One of his implants has become loose. He absolutely does not want this tooth to fall out!
We await your PROMPT reply, and will be keeping a record all of communications should we need to pursue this matter legally.

I was nervous to get my teeth done in Turkey (so many story's about how it went wrong) but Vitrin Clinic have been absolutely perfect!
They put me at ease before my trip and gave me information for my trip (driver, hotel ect)
When I arrived at the airport, I followed the video sent to me with guidance to the pickup point (very helpful)
Here I was picked up in a Mercedes VIP car waiting for me, the trip took around 40 minutes (pleasant trip) the driver brought me to my 5 star hotel, I was already checked in, only needed to say my name and received my key card.
Hotel was nice and there food was great (remember to eat alot before Dental treatment)
Vitrin Clinic texted me about my appointments throughout the week, got picked up by their private drivers to the clinic and back.
First felling when I saw the clinic was Wauw , it's a great location, really beautiful interior and a wonderful staff welcoming me with a big smile.
The staff at Vitrin Clinic is top notch, really professional, kind and thoughtful people, you can feel/see they have a pride in what they do.
Every time I was waiting for my appointment, there would come a person and offer us something to drink water or tee (I liked that)
The Vitrin Clinic dentist are awesome. First of all they did a great job, they was very good and clear in their communication (all the staff I spoke with, spoke perfectly English)
Vitrin Clinic dentist performed a great job and made sure that the quality of their work was 100 procent.
I came to get my teeth fixed, but got so much more.
