The whole package & attention to detail
The whole package, it starts with an information based quote, so you clearly understand the minor pit falls that may lead to extra work or costs (but not hidden).
Once you agree from that moment clear information and instruction is passed to you, from pick up at day one to drop off at final day the clarity and attention to detail is outstanding, during the tooth removal (16) no pain, during the insertion of implant screws no pain, on final day the Dr explained I would feel uncomfortable because the work completed, I did but not painful just uncomfortable.
I return in 3/4 months for final fit so will let you know.

My experience was very good with Vitrin clinic. Im so happy! Finally I can smile. The doctors was amazing. I was have afraid from pass with dentist and always scare fo them. Hollywood smile
Well i had a great experience since i landed at the airport the driver pick me up and took me to a nice hotel and also pick me up for appointments and then back, also the staff at vitrin clinic are so friendly and helpful they walk me through out the whole process i really want to thank you guys before all this i didnt like to smile you guys gave me my confident back and a Hollywood smile i really want to thank you guys from the bottom of my heart thank you vitrin clinic.

A very happy customer 😀
Very honest and transparent with pricing, i was given a treatment plan before arriving for the crowns but when they did further scans upon my arrival they were able to save my natural teeth and this resulted in saving atleast 1.5k which they could have easily just done the treatment and charged more. Great service from honest doctors that put my health first and not money! Will be using them in future if required.

Ms Susan Price & Ma Jacquline Putnam. Vitrin clinic is amazing, I would give this clinic 5* service from start to finish. Everybody was so helpful and understanding for my needs, from transport to reception to consulting and dentist. The clinic is amazing, so clean in every area. The aftercare Betty keeps us informed to make sure me & my sister are doing well and that our gums are healing all ok. Steve was my first contact and he put me at ease and because of Steve knowledge I picked the Vitrin clinic, Steve has also checked on us to make sure everything is going well with the healing side. I had a fantastic experience with Vitrin Clinic. From the very beginning, everything was arranged seamlessly. I was collected from the airport (even after missing my flight and needing to change the schedule), and for all my appointments, they provided transportation to and from the hotel.
What impressed me most was their honesty and professionalism. Before contacting Vitrin, I had sent my photos to another dentist in Turkey who recommended crowns for all my teeth, even though they were healthy. Vitrin never pushed unnecessary work, their first suggestion was veneers with minimal shaving, which was exactly what I wanted.
The doctors were friendly, spoke excellent English, and clearly understood my goals. The clinic itself is clean, spacious, and I always felt in safe hands throughout the process.

* Mike, my first point of contact through their website. He was professional, responsive, and made the entire journey stress-free from start to finish. He stayed in contact during my stay in Istanbul, checking in after appointments and ensuring everything was going smoothly.
* Catherine, who was my amazing in-person single point of contact at the clinic.
* Dr Faisal, who is truly exceptional at his craft. He is highly skilled, meticulous, and dedicated to perfection. From the moment he examined my teeth, it was clear that he combines expert technical ability with an artistic eye. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered results that exceeded my expectations. His attention to detail, professionalism, and care made the entire process smooth, comfortable, and reassuring. I couldn’t have asked for a better dentist.
And the results? I couldn’t be happier. Absolutely thrilled with my new smile!
