Vitrin Clinic is the place where you can truly smile wide literally! 😁 The whole team is super friendly, the atmosphere is cheerful and stress-free, and everything is done at the highest level. Modern equipment, professional and gentle doctors. I felt more like visiting friends than sitting in a dental chair. Also a special thanks to driver Mahmed always on time, kind, and full of positive energy, he made the whole experience even more pleasant The result? A beautiful smile and great memories of the visit. I highly recommend it five stars are simply not enough!

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Vitrin Clinic in Istanbul.**
I came in late 2024for full-mouth crowns. At consultation they promised a personalized approach, advanced color matching by skin tone and eye color.
Things went downhill fast. After reduction of my natural teeth — while I was still heavily anesthetized and unable to speak — I was rushed to pick crown color without explanation. The result: unnatural, overly bright crowns, completely wrong size and shape.
At home, friends and family immediately noticed the misalignment: two front teeth were uneven and visible even on the post-treatment X-ray. Soon after, my upper gum constantly inflamed and swollen despite meticulous hygiene. My jaws didn’t align properly, with a visible gap preventing biting.
I was offered a chance to return for corrections. However, I waited several hours (once from 1 PM to 6 PM) for my appointment. Only part of the issue was acknowledged under warranty; to fully correct everything, I had to pay again. They offered to file down only some teeth, which would still look mismatched. I insisted on a full redo, which involved more travel, hotel expenses, and stress.
The hotel they arranged was advertised as five-star but resembled a three-star at best. Promised timelines and initial quoted cost were never honored. Everything required intense supervision; staff appeared more focused on volume over quality. No one ever apologized for their errors.
I regret choosing Vitrin Clinic and strongly urge caution if you’re considering them. I do not recommend.

The best part about this clinic is one of the drivers and the staff who greet you on arrival.
Sales, dentists, surgeons and aftercare have all demonstrated dishonesty, terrible communication and it doesn’t phase them.
I did actually do extensive research and I feel foolish for falling for sales talk that wasn’t really an issue, they weren’t the cheapest of my final options.

Avoid these scammers at all cost. They will reap you off, lie to you about procedures you do not need. Force you into doing a root canal on perfectly healthy tooth. If you chose them, the key is to NEGOTIATE. They are not prompt with their pick ups. They will literally ruin/waste your entire day. Clinic is slow running too.

I had a great experience with Vitrin clinic!
The entire staff from the ladies at the front desk, to the case manager, to all the dentists were extremely professional. They did an amazing job with the dental work that I needed, which was extensive. I would not hesitate for one minute to recommend to everyone their services. If you need dental work and you want a quality professional clinic that does amazing work you must give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

well, where shall I start?

I was messaged by vetein clinic and consulted with someone via WhatsApp and told that I will get the best service with the best product at a price that was agreed on and was sold on this agreement. as I have arrived in Turkey and went to the clinic price dramatically went up was told that I need root canal treatment when that wasn’t needed or wasn’t necessary. as I have done a dental checkup before I left the UK, the consultant told me that it would be an exes amount of money if I don’t need treatment it will come back to usual price, but that wasn’t the case soon as all my teeth were shaving down and most of the stuff has been done, price did not go down. even though no root canal wasn’t needed. I was still. Overly charged, they kept saying they put a different product when I didn’t even agree with this product in the beginning. Very unprofessional and misleading looks like they just care about money. Feel ripped off

Just finished my second visit after 6 months passed from my implants/sinus lift operation done. Can’t give more than 5 stars about the all treatment process from beginning to end. Real great professionals working there and all process from the minute the transfer collects you from airport went without any issues. The price for treatment might differ from the quote given provisionally as only after you see the doctor and his recommendations you are given the price for your treatment best for you
which I find normal. It’s up to you if you want to go ahead or not. The clinic is using the latest technology and the consultants/translators/planning team are really hard working guys and trying their best to meet all the needs of their patients. I am really grateful for all you done for me and wish you 🍀 luck!

The team was fantastic, communication was great. They listened and paid full price attention to what I wanted and the delivered. Vitrin Clinic also fixed a major problem that another clinic, Heva Clinic, had messed up — I’m so thankful for their skill and care in putting things right.

The result is beautiful — my teeth look amazing, and I’m really happy with them! I’ve already eaten twice, and everything feels completely fine.

Amazing hotel and also VIP transfer from the airport and every day from hotel to clinic and back to hotel after procedure! Ve are all happy and highly recommend Vitrin clinic! 😊

The process from start to this point has been brilliant. Very smooth from speaking to the consultant Banu, who has been very helpful about everything, and made herself available to assist me throughout the process.

Upon arriving at the clinic I was greeted and welcomed by smiling faces and after the scans I was given advice that I needed further work done, to which I agreed was necessary although it raised the cost from the initial quotation by a fair bit more. This was the only thing that I wasn't expecting but the work needed to be done.

Once the treatment begun I had 3 extractions, 2 sinus lifts and 5 implants done all in about 2hrs. The Doctor and her team were fantastic. Its been 2 days and I've felt no pain not having to take any painkillers either!

Banu has been in contact everyday checking up to see how I am and addressed any questions or concerns I have.

I will be back in three months to get the crowns in. I look forward to getting the whole process done. Thank you Virtrin Clinic.

Started my Invisalign journey at Vitrin Clinic with Dr. Sammi and honestly, im very satisfied . The whole team is very professional, everything runs smoothly and is well organized. They’re not only skilled but also genuinely kind and the aftercare has been just as solid as the treatment itself. Definitely a clinic that takes both your smile and your time seriously.

I spent alot of time and research trying to fined the right clinic, as some times it can be a bit of a lottery. I first contacted vitrin clinic in December 2024 they gave the information I needed and NEVER hassled me or pushed me to choose them what was a green flag for me. I re contacted them in February 2025 and booked to go for 20 emax veneers.
The contact and the planning from the team at vitrin clinic is amazing even from small things as videos they send to show you where to get your transfer from airport.
The hotel they provided for me was absolutely stunning indoor pool sauna and steam room. Rooms were upto date and clean and tidy and also had breakfast included.
Dr faisal who carried out my work was absolutely amazing I could not recommend him enough his attention to detail was superb.
The whole vitrin clinic team was amazing they all spoke 2/3/ some 4 languages.
They are all polite and so welcoming. If I could give 100 stars I would. I could not recommend vitrin clinic enough.

The medical team is professional and the medical advisory are very friendly. I have enjoyed my second visit and recommended for anybody seeking a great smile.
