I came to this clinic when the condition of my teeth was already terrible. For many years, I was embarrassed and avoided smiling.

Unfortunately, it was entirely my fault — after numerous injuries, I kept postponing treatment. And the reason for those injuries was hockey.

I spent a long time choosing a clinic and finally chose Vitrin Clinic.
How it went: the treatment was serious, I even had to stay in the hospital under general anesthesia. I had to go without teeth for five months. But believe me, it was worth it.

Of course, there may have been some delays in timing, but by that point, a hospital in Istanbul was also involved in my treatment.

The doctors are professionals! That’s the only word needed. The consultants feel like family.

Complaints about the cost: none!!!
For those who want to pay very little: good materials and professionals deserve fair compensation!!! This is Turkey!
Anyway, in EU countries you’ll pay 3-4 times more.

I tried to treat my teeth in Austria, and it was a disgrace to all of Austrian dentistry.

My choice and recommendation: Vitrin Clinic!

Well I would like to write a short review about my experience at vitrin clinic.this clinic is not new to me since I did treatment in 2023. I can confirm that the services n treatment I know in 2023 now in 2025 is far better. A world class experience in terms of translation, transport from the airport to the clinic. The treatment, doctor are very friendly especially Dr Maya,Dr rihfat the main dentist very caring n listening,the operation in charge specially the lovely and gorgeous Syrian girl Sheera 🤪. The medical executive rowdy alias Mr Feisal,the backstage teams selena n Alina where always helpful even Alina I m already in Mauritius she is still in touch with me to check if all is going perfect. Well I big applause to the whole teams of vitrin clinic. Last but no least Mr Osman where hd was able to handle me even I m was a bit stressed in the beginning.thank you every one.

I strongly advise against choosing Vitrin Clinic in Istanbul.

This clinic is a complete disappointment. The staff are unprofessional, the doctors lack expertise and the management seems to care only about money, not patients. From the moment you arrive, you are pressured into paying more, with prices increasing unexpectedly and without justification.

Hygiene standards are appalling—basic sterility is not followed, which is incredibly unsafe. Procedures are rushed, careless, and poorly executed. Despite all their advertisements about state-of-the-art equipment, they rely on outdated and improper techniques. During my treatment, the doctors worked without proper tools or technology, which was both unprofessional and alarming.

The clinic’s online reviews and flashy ads are nothing but a facade. They are clearly focused on creating a good image online while ignoring the real needs of their patients.

Do not trust this clinic with your health. Vitrin Clinic is unreliable, unsafe and a waste of your time and money. I cannot recommend it to anyone under any circumstances.

Vitrin clinic did my 4 implants and 24 Zirconium crowns back in 2022. The results are absolutely amazing and now I have the most amazing natural looking teeth and the best smile I have ever had. But my excellent experience with Vitrin doesn’t stop there. I imagine people are worried about the aftercare service once these Turkish companies have taken your money. With Vitrin, you need not worry. I have had to pop back a few times for root canal treatment (nothing Vitrin has done, just my manky original teeth 🤣). However, the aftercare service I received has been absolutely second to none. I just message my contact LYDIA and she sorts everything out for me, appointments, transfers and hotels etc if needed. She has been superb and I can not recommend her and Vitrin enough. If you’re thinking about having “Turkey Teeth” I hope this review encourages you to book Vitrin!! No horror stories here.

We had an excellent reception. The staff is well-informed and great in organizing and interaction.
The Consultation was very clear and detailed.
The whole team is very courteous.
We were booked to fly to Istanbul to get my Denture Bridge repaired or eventually replaced.
The Doctor recommended Implants as a permanent solution.
I was not prepared but decided to go for it.
Today, a day after surgery, having Seven Implants done, I am happy I decided to do it.
I would greatly recommend Vitrin Clinic, Istanbul to anyone who is looking for Dental Treatment.

After six months the Crowns were fixed. I am fully satisfied with the whole procedure and would recommend Vitrine Clinic Global to anyone who is looking for Dental Treatment.

I would like to emphasize on the way the Managers, Consultants, Doctors and Surgeons coordinate-It was very impressive. Picked up from the Airport, picked up from the Hotel and dropped off after every appointment and then the final drop-off at the Airport. The drivers are courteous too.
The staff at the reception was very helpful and kind.

I would recommend Vitrin Clinic Global to anyone who is looking for a reliable place to get Dental Treatment (Implants etc)

I strongly advise against visiting Vitrin Clinic in Istanbul.

My experience with this clinic has been nothing short of a nightmare. It is a poorly run facility where incompetence, dishonesty and greed are prioritised over patient care and safety.

The doctors lack skill and professionalism and the clinic managers seem to have one goal: extorting as much money from you as possible. Prices mysteriously increase by 1.5 to 2 times what was initially agreed upon, with little to no explanation. It feels like deception and manipulation are present at every step of the process.

Sterility standards are completely ignored. I was shocked by the lack of hygiene—something absolutely unacceptable in any medical environment. Important paperwork is either mishandled, incomplete, or simply not done at all, leaving patients in a vulnerable and unprotected position.

The so-called “modern equipment” they advertise everywhere is purely a gimmick to lure patients in. During my implant procedure, the doctors worked by eye, without using a microscope or any advanced tools they boast about in their ads. This kind of negligence is dangerous and unprofessional.

The clinic spends far more effort on internet advertising and polishing their online reviews than on improving the quality of care. Do not be fooled by their glowing Google ratings and flashy marketing—this is pure smoke and mirrors. They are scammers who care only about appearances, not about their patients’ health or well-being.

I trusted this clinic with my health and it was a terrible mistake. I cannot stress this enough: do not follow their advertisements. Avoid Vitrin Clinic at all costs—you will only find disappointment, stress, and wasted money.

Your health is too important to risk. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone.

They are good in they're job. So for me they make my teeth in time with no pain at all in the way that i didn't expect 😁. They are good. So i have it 9 implants and two sinus lifting and than after 6 month i put 28 zincrown teeth. Everything goes so well and now i have my smile back thanks to clinic ☺️. And the the best thinks that i like it the teeth 😀 are so natural.
I think everyone should belive in their job, because the are professionals doctors. In the end everyone is happy 😁😁😁

Vitrin Clinic is a terrible place—completely disorganized and chaotic. You can’t trust anything, and it feels like their only goal is to take more money from you.

I traveled to Istanbul with my friend, and everything went wrong. We had written promises that the hotel, flights, and even a companion were included for free. Of course, it was all a lie. When we arrived at the airport, there was no driver as promised. None of the phone numbers Vitrin gave us worked, and no one from the staff answered. After waiting for hours, a driver finally came—only to take us to the wrong hotel.

Vitrin Clinic does not respect its customers enough to keep appointments on time. Every single appointment was at least an hour late, and sometimes they made us wait for six hours for nothing. They send the next day’s schedule as late as 11 PM, so you can’t relax or even sleep properly.

The staff is dishonest, smiling to your face while lying. They don’t stick to the agreed prices, and you keep getting surprise charges of hundreds of euros. To them, customers are just walking wallets—easy to manipulate and scam after your teeth have already been taken.

The whole experience was full of false promises and chaos. Too many people were involved, and no one knew what the others had promised. I deeply regret ever getting involved with this place. Be smarter than me and stay away.

Suomalaisena tätä kokemusta ei voi suositella hyvällä tahdollakaan. Koko ajan keksittiin tekosyitä millä saatiin veloitettua lisää. Nämä tekevät aivan selväksi, etteivät luota asiakkaaseen ja sen takia kaikki toimenpiteet pitää maksaa etukäteen!! Hinta tuplaantui siitä, mitä luvattiin. Pahin virhe oli ottaa tälläinen paketti. Olisi pitänyt mennä paljon pienemmälle klinikalle, missä olisi saanut edes jotain henkilökohtaista hoitoa. Odotuttaminen on suorastaan törkeää. Joka päivä ollaan myöhässä, eikä anneta edes toimivaa puhelinnumeroa! Kukaan ei ota vastuuta, eikä ketään kiinnosta. Ongelma on aina asiakkaassa ja se korjataan vaatimalla lisää rahaa.
Menkää jonnekkin muualle hoitoon, tämä ei ole oikea paikka saada edes siedettävää ihmisarvoista hoitoa.

Avoid Vitrin Clinic – Unprofessional and Dishonest
I traveled from Australia to Turkey to get crowns done at Vitrin Clinic, and it has been a complete nightmare. My teeth have moved, leaving noticeable gaps, and their work was far from professional.
The aftercare was chaotic, I was passed around between multiple different staff members, each giving me conflicting advice. It was impossible to get a clear answer or proper support.
On top of that, I have screenshots, messages, and voice recordings proving that they initially promised to cover my accommodation and transfers. However, without informing me, the company was sold, and now they are refusing to honour their agreement, leaving me to cover the costs myself.
Their Google reviews are clearly fake, and I would strongly warn anyone against going here. If you’re considering them, feel free to message me. I’ll gladly share the real truth about Vitrin Clinic.

Experience is good. Initial consultation was provided remotely. For proper calculation estimate price recommended to give full information included X-ray.
After arrival to clinic treatment plan was corrected based on actual X-ray.
Surgeries were done in the first day of visit, other days examination and control.
Clinic provides accommodation in the hotel and daily transportation to/from clinic as well as to/from airport. English speaking doctors. Translator on Russian can be provided.

We can absolutely recommend this clinic to everyone who need very good and high quality implants / new teeth.
The service, the doctors, the whole team is amazing, so friendly and helpful in each way.
Our stay in the hotel (booked by the clinic) was perfect and we got picked up from the Airport and to each treatment with a taxi / Vitrin Clinic own car - perfect service at all.
Thank to everyone who was connected to us and we will keep in mind the best “clinic-experience” ever.
