The service, the doctors, the whole team is amazing, so friendly and helpful in each way.
Our stay in the hotel (booked by the clinic) was perfect and we got picked up from the Airport and to each treatment with a taxi / Vitrin Clinic own car - perfect service at all.

Transfer from airport to hotel was good. Doctors on top. Translators always helped us. 4 star because now one told us that last 3 days in hotel is not paid by clinic. That was unexpected.

My name is Kathy Rostamzadeh and I am one their victims. Stay away from this Clinic. There is no any professional dentist and after getting your money and delivering an absolute awful job they don’t stand behind their job with giving you nonsense reasons for delivering such a bad job.
By the way if your answer is that you were concerned about adding Toronto Bar because of heaviness, why you charged me $1200 extra for that piece and for 24 crowns with delivering 20 crowns. Why you did not explain to me while I was there before you get my money? If you don't name this SCAM then what is it? Why you did not return my extra money honestly. You call yourself an HONEST Muslim?

A great smile starts with the right support. Unfortunately, your implants were not placed at our clinic, and their positioning made it challenging to achieve the exact result you expected. Despite this, we did our best to provide a solution that was both medically safe and aesthetically pleasing.
After careful evaluation, we designed 20 zirconia crowns instead of 24 because adding more would have put too much pressure on the implants, leading to possible breakage and failure. As for the Toronto bar, we explained that fully covering the area would make cleaning difficult, causing food buildup, bad odor, and possible infections. Our priority was to ensure the long-term success of your treatment.
We also requested a medical report to confirm if there was an issue with our work, but unfortunately, this was not provided. Please know that we take every concern seriously and always aim to provide the best care possible.
We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations, but we stand by the quality of our work and remain available if you wish to discuss this further.

I have been to the clinic twice. First time in May to install implants and second time in November to install crowns. I am very happy with my work. Excellent attentive staff. The work was done perfectly. I am grateful to everyone who made my smile beautiful.

This was my second visit to VITRIN in Istanbul, and has been a great experience. The team are so caring and professional. Clinic days have been well organised with provovided taxi's prompt and appointments on time. I really felt looked after and nothing was too much trouble. Ilayda had been amazingly attentive throughout my visits. Highly recommended

A last minute decision was made to ensure I had a perfect smile after extractions. Vitrin went the extra mile to ensure I achieved this. Excellent Dentistry but disorganized staff.
I had crowns and veneers done at Vitrin Clinic. While the dentistry is excellent, I was never consulted about the color of the veneers/crowns except with one question from the translator. He asked whether I preferred "natural or Hollywood smile (very white)". I told him "natural" and they ordered the shade 1M1 without my knowledge. The translator told me they only offered "four shades", while I know this to be untrue. The shade of white is very 'ceramic' and I would have preferred a more natural shade of white. Other than that, the dentist Dr. Sancaktar who corrected my bite and did excellent work. I also received no receipts or paperwork of any kind. They had just opened the new office and hopefully, they are more organized now.
