Well i did not want to write this as i have no other choice.
Date is 09/12 and ive been unable to withdraw my sales earnings for 9 days.
Ive been a customer of Viva for many years and they have had a lot of money from me from fees and other things.
We ship out hundreds of orders per week so as you can expect you will get the odd dispute; I.E- Missing parcels/pretending its not been delivered when it has.. that kind of thing.
I had a couple of small disputes which was sorted out very quickly (lost orders, this happens) and they immediately stopped my account from making withdrawals. I explained to them why they were caused and they have been rectified.
9 days later im still waiting for them to reopen my account so i can withdraw MY funds.
I have emailed them over 25 times
No one gets back to me
Ive contacted them on twitter, Facebook and other means - still NOTHING!
Finally had an email back saying they are looking into it - NO GOOD!
I withdraw my funds as and when i need them for shipping, costs, wages ect - i can not get to it.
My business is now risk of being closed down because of this. There is a lot of money in that account i simply cant get.
Its close to Christmas and need that money for the usual.
They left my account open so i can still take money but thats no good when you freeking NEED IT!
They have virtually stopped my business from making and money, i have very little left to continue and this is now turning into a safe-guarding issue as all my funds are in that account - a lot! As i need to put food on the table and feed MY KIDS! Ive gone overdrawn in my account and can not pay my BILLS!
If i knew this would happen i would never have used them.
A very large bill will be sent to them very shortly for the damages, costs, wages and the mental meltdown im currently having also the Financial Ombudsman are about to get an email from me.
I will be happy to remove this review as soon as the limitations have been removed.

They have made available my funds today 09/12 minus over £600!!!! What they call a 'Rolling Reserve'! This is because i had like 2 disputes from customers because of lost parcels which were delivered!
They really do not give a flying F..

Ive emailed them as i want my £600 back, apparently they set this 'Rolling Reserve' on the 9/9/2024??
So, say if you get a dispute every 4-6 weeks (99% can't be helped due to the nature of the customer you will be banned and limited and can not withdraw your takings - in this case £600!!!
I have just moved to worldpay. So if your thinking of using these for your business or a 'high risk business' that they like to say.. think again.
As stated, i will remove this review once my £600 that I HAVE EARNED is returned to me.

Have been trying to buy tickets via Expedia and also directly from Cyprus Airways. Payment did not get through. Have tried over three days now, and still does not work. No help available either. This cost their customers a lot of money!!

I had an account with them, they changed the policy and put monthly subscription, we never agreed to that, they modify our account balance to substract that montly subscription without our approval. Now we are waiting for our account to be closed ! VERY VERY BAD
They charge money for montly money for you account even if you didn`t agree to these terms initially... They are very very dangerous regarding policies and terms and conditions. We wouldn`t recommend to anyone this company !

I run a store where card payments are rare, but I am obligated to have a POS system. When I spoke with Viva sales about six months ago, I was assured there was no subscription fee—only a per-transaction charge. That arrangement suited me, so I set up an account.
Now, I’ve discovered they unilaterally changed my plan to a monthly subscription without any notification! While they send me promotional emails, they didn’t bother to inform me about this significant change. As a result, they’ve been charging me for the past three months without my knowledge or, more importantly, my consent.
When I contacted their so-called "support," they claimed the information was on their website and that I "should have seen it." This is unacceptable—I was never given the opportunity to terminate the plan before these charges started.
Their support is frustrating to deal with, they don’t provide phone support—seemingly to minimize their costs by not hiring/paying enough staff to handle customer issues, the chat feature is mostly a bot that wastes time, and when I finally got a person they were unhelpful. I asked a straightforward question about whether their system supports Authorization or only Capture payments, and they actually told me to ask my question on GitHub!!!
I feel deceived and unsupported, and I cannot recommend this service to anyone.
UPDATE: Once again, you've demonstrated the type of company you truly are. Despite your promises during our call (clearly made just to persuade me to delete my review), you went ahead and did the exact opposite. I will not keep my account with you a minute longer than it takes to set up a new one with my new POS provider.
