⭐ 1 STAR – AVOID VIVATTI.UK – EXTREMELY CONCERNING EXPERIENCE
I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from vivatti.uk to be extremely cautious.
I placed an order for a Hayter 56cm lawnmower and made payment through the website. After the transaction, I discovered something extremely concerning: the payment/transaction information did not appear to correspond with Vivatti at all and instead referenced “youthdocumentary.org”.
Why would payment for a lawnmower purchased from vivatti.uk appear under completely unrelated payment information? This immediately raised serious alarm bells for me.
I contacted my bank, reported the transaction and fortunately managed to recover my money.
Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this website again and would strongly recommend that potential customers carry out thorough checks before handing over any money or card details.
⚠️ PLEASE BEWARE.
If you have already made a purchase and notice unfamiliar or unrelated information on your transaction, I would recommend contacting your bank immediately.
I am posting this review so that other people can be aware of what happened to me before potentially spending hundreds of pounds on garden machinery.
My experience with vivatti.uk was extremely concerning, and I would avoid this website.
