Excellent quality........

I've used vavarti about 6 or 7 times and frames are always good quality and easy to set up think I've bought about 20 frames always use vavarti delivery is very quick and well packaged just wish I could get a discount code for my next purchase

Always use these frames for the Sam Polledri Foundation as they are brilliant.

Initial delivery was damaged in transit. Called and spoke to customer service and they sent a replacement out straight away. Great service. Final product was great.

I needed 3 frames to match in different sizes. Vivarti was the only site I could find exactly what I was looking for. The frames arrived quite quickly and the quality was okay considering the price I paid. Only issue is you can’t stand the pictures up only hang them in the wall. Guess this was my fault for not checking first. Have now purchased new backs that have a stand fitted.

I ordered a large frame to house a football shirt. Three days later the item arrived extremely well packed. The frame is of excellent quality.

Great product, fantastic package protection and very fast delivery

There are a number of issues with this kit. 1) There should be a cardboard insert to keep shirt shape as it leaves shoulder area bunched & messy. 2) The 2 Velcro spots are not sturdy or enough to hold weight of shirt in place. 3) The 'stickers' to stretch shirt/hold in place are just flimsy address label stickers. Need to be more sturdy to hold weight of a shirt.

It was very easy to order from this company, my frame arrived very quickly. But, I was disappointed when I opened it all up to find one of the corners of the Perspex had broken off, I check that it wasn’t visible when put together, it is slightly but not too bad, so I have kept it mainly due to the messing about I would have to do to send it back. So I put it all together with the shirt and the photo, only to find the extra baton to stop any warping has fallen down to one side and the other side is now visible through the Perspex. As it is very nearly Christmas I do t have the time to undo everything, so will have to leave it until after Christmas to try to put it right. Just all a bit of a pain.

The product was sent promptly. I was also satisfied with the quality, price, and delivery arrangements.

Unfortunately not a great experience. Frame had arrived damaged. Tried to call number is answered but no one speaks. Sent an email to the one listed on Trust Pilot but it was rejected. Tried to contact via Amazon & the reply was it was Amazons fault, so I should take it up with them! Would I recommend this company NO!
