I bought 8 chairs, Narni, of which 2 were armchairs which were not available for sale, but which I had spotted in a photo on the site.
Before the purchase, Giulia was very helpful answering questions about the armchairs and sourcing them for me.
Post purchase, I was kept up to date regularly, and when there was a small issue, it was resolved quickly and again with the excellent customer service for which Vivendo must be proud.

I would certainly use this company again, their products are stylish and well priced, and they are charming people who go above and beyond to make sure all is good.

I had searched the internet for hours to find designer style garden chairs - Vivendo were reasonably priced and had great choice so I went with them. I was delighted with the speed of delivery, customer service and most importantly the product (I bought Narni Stackable Plastic Dining Chairs). Highly recommended.

We were advised of progress of our chair every step of the way. The chairs themselves are everything we hoped they would be and are the look we wanted.

The dining chairs with arms that I purchased for my mother's kitchen are both stylish and practical. The strength to weight ratio is just what was needed; easy to move but strong and stable. Delivery took place on the day advised. The service could not be faulted.

A wonderful company to deal with. I purchased four Ovado chairs. They checked my order which I thought I had done incorrectly, refunded the discount to my account when I missed off the code. The chairs arrived on time, beautifully packaged, and undamaged, a rarity these days. Personal service of the highest order. I certainly recommend this company.

And by the way, was driven to this online retailer after very poor order handling from a long-established trendy furniture retailer on the Tottenham Court Road.

Ordered 4 designer chairs from Vivendo in August. Got a personal phone call alerting me that the supplier had shut down for the summer (it's Italy, of course!), and that delivery would be slightly later than normal. The chairs have now arrived and are as described; we're well pleased. Appreciated the first time discount too.

Only slight quibble is use of UPS as courier. To gain updates on delivery involves registering with them; no problems with delivery.

My own silly fault for ordering garden chairs midway through summer which meant a delay on my order but this was made to clear to me and I was happy to wait. Chairs arrived on time and well packed would defnately buy from Vivendo in the future.

Good quality product, a perspex chair. Delivered promptly. Friendly after sales follow up. I would certainly recommend Vivendo.

Excellent product and service

My experience with purchasing four Ovada dining chairs from Vivendo was excellent. From purchase to receiving the goods customer service kept me informed every step of the way. The chairs go perfectly with my Teak Root Table. These chairs are comfortable and a lovely design. Friends have commented on how nice they look. Exceptionally good quality at a very competitive price. Highly recommend this company!!!

I would definitely recommend Vivendo.com. I ordered 6 chairs and from the initial placing of the order the service has been exemplary. I contacted Vivendo about the 10% mailing list discount - which I missed when placing the order but it was offered retrospectively and credited immediately to my PayPal account. Giulia replied to my email within minutes and also advised me to set up my online UPS account so I could track the order. Giulia also emailed the day the chairs arrived to check I was happy with my purchase. I am delighted, the chairs are a good quality, they were packaged well and they arrived in perfect condition. A great and colourful addition to my garden!

I desperately needed new kitchen chairs and I was in a hurry. I ordered 5 chairs from Vivendo without much though because they were the cheapest. I was rather shocked to find, belatedly, that my chairs had to be transported from a factory in Italy. I also thought it had been a mistake to order plastic chairs as I prefer wood.I thought buying the cheapest is never a good idea. I thought there would be delays - I was wrong, the chairs arrived at the earliest of the dates given. I thought they would be poor quality - they aren't, they are very strong and stable. I thought they would be ugly - they are very attractive and my children (I tutor at home) are delighted with them, too. I thought they would be uncomfortable - they aren't, I can sit on them for hours (even though I'm 74) without any discomfort. I'm absolutely delighted with my new chairs and I have so much appreciated the warmth of the personal service, no official , intimidating language, just the offer to help in any way. Thank you very much, Giulia, and all who are responsible for delivering my new,bright, strong, attractive chairs.
