Excellent product good service

Delighted with the service and quality of my kitchen chairs. Delivery and assembling were prompt and within the frame time of two hours given. This is a quality product at affordable prices. I would highly recommend the product and excellent customer service!

I must say a big thank you to Joe at Vivendo who took care of my special order Scab Design Metropolis Table from start to end. As this was a non-stock item I was given a custom quotation for supply delivery and assembly at a highly competitive price. Joe answered all my queries promptly and with courtesy and kept me informed of progress throughout. The delivery company Tramo were great too, keeping me informed about delivery date and time slot. The delivery team were very professional and took great care unpacking and assembling the table as though it was their own!

Overall I could not recommend Vivendo more; the personal service received was simply the best!

Excellent furniture, very responsive custimer service. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, is that I had to wait for my furniture for ages. Almost 2 months! At some point I thought i'd never see it. But every time I sent an email asking where it was the reply was very quick. When I got annoyed about it, I got an apologetic phone call with an explanation of what happened.
I wish I was told from the start that the wait will be long. I wiouldn't have worried then. As the wait was worth it. The furniture is stunning!

The ghost chairs we ordered were delivered swiftly and in perfect condition.

They look good, are comfortable and sturdy.

The customer service I received was excellent.

This company always delivers on quality and efficient delivery but I have to say that their biggest strength is their customer service. I have ordered from them on two occasions and as a customer was always kept in the loop regarding the status of the order. On both occasions I was contacted shortly after the order was due for delivery to check everything was ok. Now how many companies bother to that these days. A real review from a real customer of their Gabla chairs, which are very nice btw.

Great designer chairs. Ever so slightly over priced, but incredibly beautiful.
The material could be better as they scratched after just a few days of use.
The delivery was very slow and difficult to get updates on. The website doesn't have an estimated delivery time and you need to reach out to them to figure out when you'll get the goods.
Customer care was helpful and friendly.

I'm very happy with my chairs. There was good communication with the company after placement of the order and although there was a small hiccup with the order (something was missing) it was rectified very quickly and efficiently by the company. I would recommend and will use again if necessary.

Great products, Great Service, Quick Delivery - 5 stars

Chairs are super but it took over 2 months to get them. To be fair, I was warned there might be delay and the man I kept phoning was very pleasant. He had told me a month after I had ordered and paid , that there was delay , I believe at the Italian factory, So in a way the long wait was my own fault! Chairs are definitely worth waiting for!

Product is great. But the delivery company was supposed to assemble the chairs and just delivered and left.

I purchased a Teano dining table as well as 4 Montale chairs from Vivendo. From getting design advice to delivery and fitting, everything was absolutely perfect from the team at Vivendo. Their communication is swift and the team without reservation go the extra mile. I've purchased many items online but have never had customer service as good as that delivered by Vivendo. I'd wholeheartedly recommend them in your search for modern furniture and will certainly be buying from them again in the near future.

I found just what I wanted here. Communication was a bit tricky though. The web chat was ignored and UPS delivered when it suited them, not me.
It was with persisting with the wrinkles!
