Fantastic, sstylish, stackable plastic chairs. They are really comfortable.I have them in my kitchen dining room, but will look great with our outside table too. Really pleased with the product.

Great product. Clear perspex chair. Some issues with delivery but that was UPS. UPS were unhelpful but by contacting Vivendo customer service line the issue was resolved and I received a prompt call back.
Product delivered in time for Christmas. Would recommend the company and will use again.

Great listening & communication skills. Order delivered with a smile : ))
I ordered 6 bar stools and although the delivery took longer than expected due to Christmas timing, the order was delivered as my guests arrived and with a smile. Vivendo kept me fully updated and communication was clear and timely. I would thoroughly recommend their service.

Stylish Chairs
I ordered a set of dining chairs at a great sale price from Vivendo. They are high quality and very stylish giving my much-loved marble table a new lease of life. Delivery was easy to track and very efficient. Would certainly buy again from Vivendo as I love Italian design.

Great products, good staff, terrible choice of delivery.
Really nice to see different products to all the usual rattan.
Products selected, bought and delivery arranged. Staff were great in organizing delivery so I didn't mind a short weight.
First delivery didn't show, then product arrived damaged. Typical UPS from my experience.
A few failed collections and a lost order later, I abandoned requesting a replacement and returned my goods.
Business like this need reliable fulfilment partners if they are to survive.
Their staff are great, but I still ended up without my product.

Top rate company
Vivendo are a top rate company. The only reason I didn't give them Five stars is the delivery company they use. How UPS can be rated one of the world's leading delivery companies I do not know. I would use Vivendo again but ask the not to use UPS.

Fantastic service
Excellent customer service - I was having trouble getting my item delivered as I wasn't at home during the day. I used the "personal shopper" service that is free to all customers upon order. This service was fantastic - Joe took charge of my case and contacted UPS to arrange for the item to be left at the flat, and when there was problems with this he chased it up until it was resolved. I have never experienced a service like this at another online retailer - everyone should be doing this!
The item itself (clear plastic chair) is lovely. Just what I was hoping for, and really cheap compared to other retailers.
I would thoroughly recommend this company, especially because of the additional level of service they provide, even for customers purchasing low-value items such as myself.

Superb service, superb communication, fantastic product
I would highly recommend Vivendo. It has been a long time since I have received service like this, with regular communication asking if progress is what I expected and if there is anything that could be done to make my experience better. I usually have to do the chasing.
The chairs (transparent plastic dining chairs) are also of a very high quality and look wonderful in our dining room. The packaging was robust (although not the easiest to get into) and so the chairs arrived in perfect condition.
I would highly recommend Vivendo to anyone.
