I was a little concerned that ordering a single large item from Italy would be very expensive because this was the case on other sites I looked at. However in this instance the chair was an attractive unusual design, delivery costs were modest and the chair was delivered sooner than promised. On arrival the chair was exactly like the picture. Perfect

The bar stools I ordered were amazing and we love them. However there were slight issues with delivery which was a bit of an inconvenience. Overall really pleased with the items purchased.

Ordered a transparent chair and was contacted by Joe throughtout the process. I felt notified every step wuthout having to track it myself. The chair arrived in perfect condition and is now a beautiful addition to my dressing table.

Stylish and comfortable

I was really pleased with the goods I ordered and the service from Vivendo. The company kept me informed of their pending delivery. Once into the hands of UPS they were let down as the delivery service couldn't give me a time slot for the delivery. I informed Vivendo when questioned about this delivery service and they said they'd take it up and gave me a further discount.
I'd thoroughly recommend Vivendo.

I don't normally do reviews because sometimes product may be OK but there never seems to be a satisfactory customer service. Not in the case of Vivendo, customer service is second to none and other companies should take a leaf out of their book.
I bought the Osigo chairs, 2 clear and 2 green and given the price my expectations were not too high.
WOW! What a surprise. I'm so delighted with the quality and comfort and they are so so stylish. Can't recommend Vivendo enough.

The customer service was excellent, very caring and efficient and went the extra mile. the product was delivered in a timely manner and I was kept up to date of the process. The service we've received has been second to none. We bought the Prissi chairs for a new and smaller property but found we had been over optimistic on the space we had and needed to change to the same chairs without arms. Absolutely no problem. Vivendo ordered in the chairs we needed and took the original chairs back in exchange. It was a pleasure to deal with a firm that showed both flexibility and such a sound commercial approach. Top marks to them and to Alessandro who steered through the exchange for us. The chairs themselves are of very high quality.
