Fake pictures on the website, extremely low quality, unusable.
Bought a chair (Kelly Sessel) for 125 eur. Received a chair that does not look anything like a picture. Instead of velvet it is some cheap polyester material already with lint on it, and instead of rich green color it is some cheap lemony green. Chair is completely dusty and smells like mold.
Read in the terms and conditions that i have to pay for the return. That is illogical, as i would happily keep the item if they would send what they promoted on the website.
They send a faulty item and now i have to pay for the return of a chair which is bulky and heavy.
And that is if i manage to return it, as i am not getting forward with their customer service, even though it is my right to return. Never again.

The quality wasn’t really good.
1. It does not have holes for the legs and I had to make the holes myself.
2. Also for the shelves, the holes were not in the right place, so I should have forgotten to use one of the shelves.
3. The pieces of wood for the back were not cut the right size and even were not rectangular.
4. The doors cannot be open and closed properly.
5. There were already some parts that were cracked
I did not return it back since we put too much effort to fix it and waited too long to receive it, and of course, it was still cheaper than the others.

Nice item but bad service
To be completely honest, I really like the TV-Lowboard that I ordered but the problem is that it was delivered with badly welded legs. They were crooked and the Vivenese team does not respond to my emails anymore.
Before I had a problem with the delivered item, they would usually respond within 48h. There have also been problems with the delivery date but that was quickly solved. That's why I was so surprised to basically get ghosted once I asked for a refund or replacement of the legs.
*Edit*
I was offered a compensation of roughly 25% of the initial price after a few weeks of waiting. That's why I changed the rating from 2 to 4 stars!

I ordered a TV kommode
I ordered a TV kommode , and it has not been delivered yet, and the order status shows it as delivered. Customer care is not replying. I wish to have some more research, I am struggling with the same issue as others !

Customer service and communication really needs improvement.
At the beginning everything was a bit strange and suspicious. Specially after we placed the order and saw after a few days that in our account is showed everything was delivered. But we havent received any package or a tracking number of any shipment. We sent emails to their customer care team but dint get any response in a good time. Then we contacted their senior management then things started to speedup. We got all the items delivered and are happy with our purchase. The customer care really needs improvement. The products are good considering the price point.

Very bad experience
Very bad experience. First it took two month to arrive second it was damage on four corners they didnt packed it correctly. It looks very cheap not like pictures. And the cabinet hinges were also missing so we have to buy our own which costs us 26euros extra. I just regret buying this.

Some details are just not as described…
Some details are just not as described or seen in the product image. Bolt nuts are not hidden on the surface and gave stickers to hide it which is pointless. And the instruction is not complete (part missing).. or not described. But overall design is good for the price.
