Good products, but worst Customer and delivery service ever
They have good product, but literally worst customer service ever. I bought a carpet back in February with expected delivery mid-March. Since during that time I would have been out of the country, I got in touch with their CS to postpone the delivery date. After several reassurance by an agent, I came back from holidays and found they attempted the delivery twice. I have been trying to contact the CS in the past 2 weeks, but no chance. They are completely ghosting my emails and no phone number. Their website says my carpet should be delivered in June (4 months for a carpet).

I am very very disappointed.
The only reason I sent it not back is because it would be more effort than just keep it.

Complete garbage
Complete garbage. I actually never leave reviews but this product was so bad, I must. Very cheap quality. No instructions for how to put it together. Extremely flimsy. The lamp is put together but we can't touch it or it will fall apart. Will definitely not be purchasing from Vivense again. Sorry, but I can't believe people can even sell such products with a good conscience. At lease I didn't pay full price...
