Some loans originators have issues but the last 2 withdrawl I made were executed in a couple of days.

Very disappointed. Loans from Atlantis (entity belonging to parent company) being extended indefinately. No transparency.

Bad experience. All the investments i have there are not being paid and were extended. 6 months on this platform and without returns.
Other platforms are better because still giving back returns.

The loans from Atlantis Financers are not repaid despite T&C. They will block your money and won't reply.

I am very disappointed with viventor.
They automatically extend all loans. On this way, they not are allowing, to make any withdrawals

Solid return rates and great customer care. I recommend this P2P lending platform to everyone who is considering investment in this category.

Investing since 3 years and to date no problems occurred. Payout every month goes smoothly. Support helps quickly as well (live chat widget). In 2018 there was some loan crunch where cash drag has been high but it got fixed after 2 months approx. Overall highly recommended.

I blocked my account by my fault cause I write a wrong pass for several times. The auto message say to send na email to solve the problem. After 3 e-mails in 2 weeks, still with no clue of answer... for me this say to much about their service. Dont want to invest with them anymore. A good support service is in an imperative, for a company that deals with my money.

2. Platform Service (Deposit, Withdrawal, Communication, Support) - partly confusing communication to investors, handling of Aforti loans during an unclear originator's situation was not well managed compared to Mintos - 0/1 points
3. Diversification (Countries/Originators): fine - 1/1 points
4. Interest Rates: 12-16% for many originators is above average compared to other platforms - 1/1 points
5. Loan amount: fine for my invested amount - 1/1 points
6. Buyback Guarantee: yes (for most originators) - 1/1 points
7. Loan Conditions (Grace Period, Late fees): no grace period is great - most loans are repayed lately but for all overdue days interest/late fee is paid - 1/1 points
8. Secondary Market: yes - 1/1 points

Summary: 7/8 points in my personal rating - my personal favorite besides Mintos - communication to investors must be improved (e.g. announcing witholding taxes for Spanish originators in May '19 what never took place and contradict the information given on the homepage not to withhold any taxes) - crisis management (e.g. Aforti loans in August '19) must urgently be changed/improved in the future to provide transparency and prevent the investors from buying and selling potential non-performing loans (have a look at Mintos).

Not a good experience, I did my first transfer to add some funds to my account and i never got it, I tried to get in touch with them a few times and never answer me so basically i lost my money.
money lost and i felt scammed.

Outstanding payments, no explanations, wrong information on overview page and not least absolutely no reaction on questions sent by email and by the website chat function.

I've been using it for couple of years now and I've never experienced any problem, neither with deposits nor withdraws. They have a variety of loans and countries and every now and then new loan originators are added. Their customer service is a bit slower that what it used to be but they always answer back and help you.

So far so good. Money back guarantee works reliably. Autobid is functioning really well. I recommend this to my friends who don't want to analyse projects or deals, and are happy with 12 to 13% with auto-investment. Just send money into it and it will make money for you. Excellent engine for escaping "the rat race" and getting to the level where you no longer need to work. I can stop working now, thanks to platforms like this. But, I keep working cause I am obsessed with making an obscene amounts of money. More, more, moreeeeee.... ^^

Good P2P platform. A bit worse than Mintos. But like Mintos it offers buyback or payment guarantee, the most important funkction in P2P lending, because the level of default loanes in P2P is high.

My first time investing in p2p platform has been very smooth and clear thanks to very helpful and educated customer support from viventor team. Also I'm very satisfied with the returns (have been invensting for over a year now) from various investments. Keep growing and adding more offers, will certainly continue investing with you!

Greatly improved since my first review.

Its getting better but sometimes money staus idle for days, that shows shortage of loans to invest even with autoinvest function.

Some loans are not correctly listed on "My investmens" page, support is slow, site is not easy to navigate.
