It was never installed
my lock keeps getting jammed & not locking
its easy to use, but it doesn't always lock and I have to manually lock it. I keep forgetting to call.
Easy to use and I like the black matte finish.
Really love you can unlock it from your phone without having to use the keypad

Perform most of the time , occasionally does lock due to misalignment of dead bolt.
