Quick and easy to lock and unlock
I did not chose the glass break detector. I did want the window sensors but the young man who sold this to me said they would have to come back to do that. No one has come or contacted me to date. I would like someone to call for an appointment next week. I have numerous questions!

I love this. It operates so smoothly. It's added convenience in so many ways. Mostly it makes me feel safer in my home. And it looks nice.
Very high tech with peace of mind
I received 2 door locks. Neither of them ever worked. I called repeatedly to have them fixed, they keep saying someone will be there tomorrow. When a week of tomorrows went by, I canceled my subscription. I would give 0 stars if I had the option. I made sure I cancelled with in my 30days. No one has gotten back to me of when these will be removed
Really enjoy the locking capability from the ease of your phone. Also really like that it alerts you if the door is left open.
