Waste of Money! You were suposed to credit my Ameriacn Express card 1-2-2026 for $497.49 NEVER DID! I'm on the phone now trying to get my money back!!!!

We love it. It is user friendly
Works great
The new panel is fast with zero lag. It looks more modern than our previous panel. The green and orange statis light that shows the status of the alarm system is a very nice touch.
This new Smart Hub is an upgrade from our 10 tear old Vivint system. So far the new system is very stable.

Won't connect to internet router, got no help from the chat except she wanted another $100 for someone to check it. Already spent $100 to have it installed a week earlier. Everything else I have connects to the internet router without any problem
