Can only adjust backyard camera from panel and can only adjust DC oorbell and driveway from phone app. Would like to be able to adjust all from both the panel and app. App on phone sometimes will NOT open.

Super Great Service and Product
Long phone time trying to get the parts that were short on the original installation Still have not got it resolved. The last time after 47 minutes on the phone from three different parts of the country I was told I should install it myself. It really seams like they do not want my business?? What would you think if you were me?????
