Worst service ever
Had a little issue with the panel after a power outage last night. I came in to a blank panel and no way to touch the screen and make anything happen. After continually tapping the screen in different places and hearing clicking, a screen came up that said sorry, you don't have access during arming. Then finally, the screen came up to input my password. For a minute there, I thought I was stuck inside...
They used my old security monitors, I am having some issues. Company stated I will have to pay to replace old monitors, this was not told to me before I signed contract. Alder security monitors that I had is old and some is not compatible with their equipment as this was told to me by repairman that came by my house to check. Now I am stuck. Will cancel with the company as soon as I pay off their contract.
