The equipment is crap
The equipment is crap. They don’t tell you they take a loan out- even in someone else’s name for you! Their customer service is crap. I’ve been on the phone with them for 45 minutes and NOTHING has been taken care of. I want this crap out of my house and no one is understanding that. They’re just giving me “options” of lower payments. I just don’t want the products !

A Lot of Problems
For having the system for 2 weeks I've had to reset the system multiple times just to get the cameras working again. I've also had the app lock me out of even viewing the cameras in any compacity. The sales rep I worked with also implied that the 24 hour recording was something that is standard but later found out wasn't and thus was an up charge. When I tried to call and cancel a week in I was told that the month trial I was told I had wasn't true and that you only have 3 days to cancel. It has since been an entire week of trying to cancel a service that sometimes works.

Everything was going good technician came over started work about 6 hours later he had put up one outside camera and my doorbell camera in the wrong spot but said he would be back to fix it and put up my other camera and my other items in 2 days, it's now been a week and haven't got anything else done I paid for installation but still haven't gotten the full install yet. The security camera does not work as…
The security camera does not work as promised. It misses many events that my Google nest camera catches. It frequently goes offline, even though the wifi connection is strong. It has a delay in the motion sensor recording, so full events within 75 ft are not recorded. People and cars will appear, dissappear, then reappear.
Cesar, our tech, is awesome. He installed the system on 6-17-26 and came back today to address the issues. He thinks an upgrade to 24/7 recordings might resolve the issues. He called support and was told no, they would not do it. He documented that the camera is not performing as it should. He adjusted some sensitivity settings, but it has not helped.
We have paid thousands of dollars for a system that does not work as promised! We will want a full equipment refund and cancelation if customer service refuses to offer the complimentary 24/7 option.

They installed my equipment on Friday and Monday I was looking at everything and found out they didn’t install a sensor on one of my doors , and I’m having a hard time getting them to come back and install it , they are busy doing other people s alarms will come by when they are in the area again , I should be first because the install was never completed
When the agent came to my home…
When the agent came to my home everything that was discussed regarding the products I would receive were not met. I advised I had children and needed sensors on my windows. The agent TOLD me they would be able to connect to my ADT sensors. When the tech came to my home that was not correct. I was told I would have a shock sensor and a sensor in my home and I was advised my the tech that was incorrect. I was told by the agent I would have an alarm extender and that was true. I had to call ADT and now I have to make a one time payment of 50 dollars to get it. I felt rushed when doing my paperwork and the agent kept telling me it would be in my email. Also I’m not sure why we had to take a picture with the agent as well. Overall I am not happy with the service I received.
