I order the drone C12 on July 6, 2025 and the package just came to me on August 7, 2025 about a month later. I did not received no receipt or email when I purchase the merchandise. The merchandise does not look like nothing that I show on the internet, it looks like a little kid toys. I look all over the internet and could not fine no address so I am returning back to the address that it was sent from. I fell that it is a scam company so I notify my credit card company not to pay them. This company is very unprofessional.

I am very disappointed in the candles I received. They don’t look at all like the pictures. I hope I am given a refund.

I purchased a protective vest advertised on television for $54, but what I received was a completely different item in a different color and of lower quality than advertised. I immediately contacted the seller by email to request a return, but I never received a response. This has been very disappointing, and I expected better service since it was promoted on television. I do not recommend this product or company due to their poor customer service and misleading advertising.

I ordered a product from them, wifi, internet
unit, portable. Nice little product, but they don't tell you need a micro s.d. card of some kind, regular ones I have onn 32GB do not work.they have good products but need more info. on them and better customer service, contact info.

I purchased a product than they send me a plastic toys. Those scammers think Americans are ignorants. Consumer report should be protecting American consumers from those scammers.

I purchased a 46 dollar item that was advertised on television I never did get a tracking number from them. The item was advertised on television I thought because it was advertised on tv it wasn’t a scam. Never trust anything on TV. I had to get a new credit card.

Purchased an item about 2-3 weeks ago. They took the $46 & never sent my product. But as soon as I got my 1st email from them I noticed a bright red warning at the top of the email stating,
“This email address has FAILED it’s domain’s authentication requirements! It may be spoofed or improperly forwarded!!”
I use a very unique & protected email
service called Protonmail. I suggest everyone look into it rather than using Gmail or whatever else. Anyways, after receiving that warning, I checked the reviews & other sites only to realize they are a completely fraudulent company that not only steals your cash w/o giving the product, but sometimes allegedly drains your entire account after they get your debit card info. I instinctively immediately went to my bank & withdrew all my cash, cancelled my debit account & got a brand new account/debit card all in one day. After that, I reported Viviokko as fraudulent & my bank (PNCBank) redeemed my money after a short investigation. It was merely $46, but still…it’s about principal!😝
I suggest anyone who has dealt with this company do the same with your bank & hopefully get your money back if time hasn’t lapsed too much. Viviokko still stole the money, but at least your bank can hopefully make sure it hurts a bit less by recognizing the fraud & redeeming what was stolen.

The whole thing is a scam. $78 down the drain. There's no customer service

I purchased 2, COP357 toys
Tried twice to get a a tracking number and carrier.
Finally after several emails they sent me usps carrier and a tracking number which was bogus, I contacted usps by phone they said never have used that type of prefix and number
Scam all the way.

They took money and vanished web site and all.

I ordered a vest from QR code on TV add. never got the vest
And there is no customer service Representative contact INFORMATION to get a refund.

I place an order with them for $65 like 4 days now n I can't track my order I sent them like 6 messages n yet no response or reply

COMPLETE SCAMMERS... STAY AWAY.. I CAUGHT MINE AND DISPUTED WITH CAP ONE THANK GOD.. I CANCELLED ORDER SAME DAY BTU THEY STILL SENT CONFIRM!

They took my 54.00 on the 7th of December for an internet device. And to date have failed to send an email or text as to the status of my order. Today is the 17th. Not very good PR if you ask me.

This is a scam. Their customer service email address does not exist. There is no way to contact them, and they do not deliver.

Scam.. $22 for free lifetime internet? Yeah, I should have known. Such crap.

No work without internet service al so can not return . They answer request for return.bad and lie
