I had asked for some additional items to be tested and the laboratory confirmed, but I never received those results.
I sent an email to vivolabs but received no answer

Thank you for reaching out, and we are sorry your experience with our service was not the best. Anyhow, after reviewing our records, we have not received any additional testing requests from you via phone, email, or chat.
Your initial test was received on February 26th and the results were delivered on March 7th, ahead of the committed date of March 12th.
