Stole my money.
They use that crappy shop app. I went to put items in my bag, next thing I know, "shop" has placed the order for me and then doesn't allow me to cancel it. I messaged vivomed and their once good response rate, disappears. I think this is a scam. Don't use this company.

As an ancient learner of guitar, it was a real pain (literally) to develop arthritis in my left hand.
Others had recommended a Push Thumb brace, so I ordered one in the evening, it was dispatched the following day and arrived the day after.
And it works! I can play the guitar again without pain, and the brace does not get in the way. Very happy!

This is my first time buying from Vivomed and they were great in explaining that for a chronic condition my order could be VAT exempt and would be refunded after I had placed my order. The VAT was refunded immediately after my order was placed. Delivery was quick and customer service helpful.
I bought a CMC push brace for the thumb for arthritis that would support the joint but allow more movement of the hand, it is so much better than a cheaper version bought some time ago.

Ordered a thumb brace for arthritis, came fairly quickly and I was happy until I opened the packet to discover I had been sent a brace for the right hand when I ordered one for the left. Emailed a request to return, received a return via Royal Mail email HOWEVER no confirmation I will receive either a refund or that a replacement product for the left hand as ordered would be sent out. I have requested confirmation by email a couple times now and absolutely ZERO reply, I am reluctant to return the item I have until I have confirmation of either a refund or replacement item. Its that simple but customer service is NON EXISTENT. Very disappointed, this was not a cheap item and left without the brace I very much need to help with the pain in my hand!

Delivered on time. However, I did not order Chemodol but Baselin massage lotion. I did not want to complain, because it does not matter so much as the product is good and serves the purpose.

I sent you via Vivomed a note saying that I was not pleased with the Oral Drop of Euphorbium I received!
I have always received Nasal Spray.
How can you correct this problem?

The goods received in original packaging and in reasonable time. I did have a chat with the customer care and their response is good. Offered to help in creating an order.

I don't do reviews. But apparently that's not permitted. I'm not allowed to simply ignore your request, you have to send me reminders as in your little world I must have forgotten, and it doesn't occur to you that I might have made a conscious choice not to waste my time. Compound that by sending the reminders from a no-reply email address, showing that you think that it's fine for you to email me but I'm not allowed to email you. Arrogance beyond.
