Dear Sam, thank you for your review and we apologise for the delay in your delivery by Royal Mail.
You placed your order after the cut off for processing orders on Monday as mentioned on our website so we shipped it first thing on Tuesday by Royal Mail as requested. Royal Mail aim to delivery items on a tracked 48hr within this time frame but it is not guaranteed by them. We can see it was delivered at noon on the Friday.
If the item is no longer needed, please let us know and we can arrange a refund once returned.
