Exceptional Service
My ears had been blocked for nearly 10 days. I am due to fly to Canada on Wednesday 23rd October for my grandniece's wedding. I was overjoyed to get a same day appointment for 2.00 pm at Vivona Earcare yesterday at Bromley and was welcomed by John, the ear specialist who explained the microsuction procedure step by step. John you are very professional, knowledgeable and extremely thorough. You resolved my ear wax issue and I can now hear very well. Thank you so much John.

Excellent service
John was very friendly. He explained everything very clearly and had a good sense of humour.
My daughters ears were syringed well, before and after photos were taken and aftercare advice given.

Top marks for earwax removal service
Top marks for good customer service. The earwax removal process was well explained and was performed very professionally. Second time I have been here and standards have not dropped. The service is provided for aged 10+ which is useful as many other places are only for people aged 18+. Recommend

The ear wax suction procedure was quick and gentle. And highly effective - as the 'before' and 'after' photos showed. The calm and friendly audiologist explained the procedure clearly beforehand.

I was able to get a same day appointment at the Croydon branch. I was met by a friendly, welcoming and professional member of staff who was very knowledgeable. A clear explanation of the microsuction procedure was given from the start which was great. The treatment room was bright and looked very clean.
