Great service from Viz-Pro
I bought a white board from Viz-Pro a few years ago and I unfortunately broke the clasp that fastens the back leg. I called Viz-Pro and got through to John who from start to finish was fantastic and pulled out all the stops. He located a clamp from their new stock that fits the leg of my OLD white board and John had taken the time to check that the fit works. Great service and certainly put a smile on my face, thanks to John and Viz-Pro

1200x900 whiteboard fine, assorted board pens came with a better variety of colours than advertised (I got 3xBlack, 3xBlue, 2xRed, 2xGreen). Delivery delayed, but that was fault of courier APC, not Viz-Pro. Got a text from APC saying "It will be with you today", but it wasn't. Arrived next working day (Mon) instead.

Excellent customer service
This is the first time I've been compelled to leave a review on Trustpilot. The whiteboard itself seems like a decent, sturdy product and the ability to have various sizes is a clear positive.
The customer service I received was excellent, I broke the pen holder than came with the whiteboard and after explaining they said they'd ship one out free of charge. A clear example of a company going beyond what they're required to do. Highly recommend.

The product is good. But Amazon delivery was not up to standard.
There were delay in the delivery.
However, when reported I was immediately sent a product by a different delivery team.
I fully appreciate the customer care by the company.

I received my white board in good time. It is a quality board which I am very satisfied. Unfortunately the board had got a small dint on. The company were quick to apologise rectify this in a way which was satisfactory to me

Overall great quality product, slow (Covid19) delivery.
Good quality product.
Good quality aluminum frame, looks well made and solid - this was important for me for because I wanted to hang it on the wall and to look somewhat professional.
The product was a little expensive, but I've bought a cheap board from Amazon before and it looked terrible, was flimsy and marked like crazy within a few weeks.
Great quality surface, writes easily and more importantly wipes off easily with no noticeable residue (after 3 weeks at least).
Delivery was quite slow (more 1 week), but was fine for requirements and could be Covid19 related to be fair.
