My first board was damaged but after speaking directly to someone, I got a new board that was brilliantly packaged and not damaged.
Customer Services Second To None
The customer service for this company are second to none. Three A1 boards which were ordered for our small charity but were the wrong size. We only discovered this a few months after delivery as the person who ordered them was very ill and sadly died. Despite the time lapse we wrote and asked if they could be returned. We had a reply within minutes saying that they would refund them. Despite having a few problems with the account being for someone else they helped us sort the problem and the issue was resolved.
They replies were always immediate, considerate and helpful. I cannot recommend this firm highly enough. It makes such a change to deal with a company with this standard of customer services.
Lost Keys
I contacted Viz-Pro as the keys to my display board had been lost. They couldn't have been more helpful. Will responded very promptly to my telephone call and I received 2 spare sets within a couple of days.

Avoid at all costs

Part of my order arrived damaged during delivery, which was disappointing at first. However, I contacted Viz-Pro, and their response was outstanding. They immediately arranged for the damaged part to be collected and sent out a replacement the very next day.
What really stood out was the level of communication — I received regular email updates letting me know exactly what was happening and when. They even took extra care with the packaging of the replacement to prevent any further issues.
Nothing was too much trouble for them, and their customer service truly went above and beyond. Very impressed and would not hesitate to order from them again.
