Delivery driver made a mess of the delivery. went to wrong address allowing someone else to sign for my parcel. Viz-Pro have been exceptional in helping me sort this problem and I can't thank them enough

Board delivered with some damage to the back. Customer service,Will, replied quickly and offered a replacement or partial refund. Ordered a few boards from them, would definitely order again.

We recently misplaced the "pen holder tray" for our whiteboard. I could not find any similar to the one we needed online so contacted Viz Pro Customer Services who replied almost instantly. Will went above and beyond to send us a replacement pen tray holder for an order we had placed nearly 3 years ago! It came within a few days. I would highly recommend using Viz Pro and any future requirements for this we will be using them again.

I purchased a pavement board from them approximately 5 months ago. Due to heavy wind, the display board was broken. I informed the Viz-Pro team via email, and Will from the team promptly attended to the matter. He arranged to replace the display board within a day at no cost. I would recommend the Viz-Pro brand to anyone, as it is a trustworthy and reliable company. Once again, thank you Will for your excellent customer service.

The whiteboard I purchased for my home educated child has made a huge difference and the quality is excellent. I somehow lost a small piece of plastic which caused my child upset and when I contacted the team they were very fast at replying to me and sent the piece out straight away with no problems.

Terrible company. Bought from Amazon and packaged box was super late and beat up. Opened and it was damaged. Amazon asked to contact the manufacturer. Proceeded to do so and they asked for the order number which I provided from Amazon and they never responded. Do not buy from these scam artist!

Great customer service. We needed a knob for our double sided U Stand. I called to order one over the phone and they actually sent me the part at no cost. I was truly impressed by this because you don't see that happen anymore these days. I love that they backup guarantee their product.
