Your ordered consists of a whiteboard and a whiteboard starter kit. it states on the website that the whiteboard board starter kit has a 2-3 week lead time as such your order would be delivered in 2-3 weeks. We emailed you to notify you of this and also asked if you would like to recieve the whiteboard part of your order first and the whiteboard starter kit would follow to which you replied "Hi, please send it all together" whilst it seems you are disappointed we have tried our best to keep you updated on your order and offered you solutions. if you would like to discuss your order further please dont hesitate to call us on 01260543868.

Good and helpful service
Very good and helpful service from Viz-Pro. The only reason that I have not given five stars is because of a slight design issue with the frame (for which I do not think Viz-Pro were responsible), and the lack of a simple guidance leaflet, which would have been helpful.
