Our village hall needed to replace some old homemade notice boards which had become very tatty. I ordered a Viz-Pro notice board to check it met our needs and was very pleased with the product and delivery service. I needed 6 more boards of different sizes including one bespoke size not listed on their website.

I called Viz-Pro and spoke with Will who said the special size was no problem. I placed the order and was amazed when it was delivered the next day including the special size!. The products were well packaged.

I have ordered multiple whiteboards, their lacquered steel boards are about the best in the market, lower priced than the competition, but superior in every way, including a vapour barrier to the rear of the surface to ensure longevity, with a solid aluminium frame (that is securely fixed) and a very durable, long lasting, high gloss lacquer finish to the steel surface that is more resistant to scratching than their competitors (that are higher priced!).
I recently ordered a Vitreous Enamel Whiteboard which had some very minor surface imperfection from the firing process, however it does not affect functionality of the board.
I did not wish to return, as it was the largest board size and already installed before this became apparent upon removing the protective film, the vitreous surface performs flawlessly, but was offered a partial refund and it was acknowledged, although minor, this was not acceptable to their very high standards.
I've no doubt the board would have been replaced if I had requested, customer service is excellent and you will not be disappointed.
I can 100% recommend their writing surfaces to commercial or educational establishments, high quality writing boards at prices that beat the competition and should you experience an issue, they will do their utmost to resolve.
The boards are double packaged, so they do their best to ensure they arrive safely during handling by courier.
I cannot recommend Viz-Pro enough, particular thanks to Monika for her assistance, very prompt to reply and resolve a minor issue.
This kind of service will see them wipe clean the Whiteboard market!

Great customer service, helpful and responsive which is refreshing

Wonderful Service. We are very pleased with our noticeboard situated on the church door. After a key went missing I contacted Viz-Pro regarding a replacement. They were extremely helpful and requested I e-mailed them with a details and a photo of the key. The next day I was emailed and informed replacements were in the post. Many thanks.

On time and cheaper than planned

Appalling. Purchased one 90 x 60 whiteboard in 2022. Bought identical one this week April 2024 - holes in metal frame, looks like it has been fitted or attempted to be fitted in the four corner screw holes too. Dents and scrapes in white board. All this despite the labels attached saying don't tramp on package etc etc etc.

Won't be buying another. That is a 50% failure rate! Very disappointed with what appears as - prima facie - used/damaged Amazon returns.

Super service to put right a lost delivery and then a damaged item in the replacement. Quick responses to problem and unquestioned resolution

Viz Pro has supplied us many boards over the years and always had a positive experience. Products are great and the customer service even better! Will continue shopping here

After speaking to Will at Vis-Pro regarding 2 non delivery dates. We eventually received our item early on the prearranged day. Item looks good.
Shame about the delivery company DX.
Still we have it now, many thanks to Will for all his support.

When our board arrived sadly it had been damaged in transit but when we contacted the manufacturer the customer service was second to none. Feel that I have to mention Will who was so helpful! Probably one of the best customer care experiences we have ever had.

I phoned today with a problem - one of the white plastic flip chart easel clips had broken. This was speedily resolved; a couple of replacements are on their way in the post, and at no additional charge but a lot of goodwill gained.

Customer service was really high quality. I received a damaged frame. I contacted Viz Pro and they sent out a replacement on a next day delivery. Again this arrived damaged. Again contacted Viz Pro who sent out a replacement again on a next day delivery. This arrived safely. The extra attention to the packing was very much appreciated. Although it`s a shame when things arrived damaged the way the issue was dealt with was refreshing.

I ordered a whiteboard combi. Price was very reasonable. Delivery was earlier than the date given at order. Instructions for fitting clear and all fittings supplied.

Very pleased with the new board.
