Quick delivery (on a Sunday) of a new headboard. Driver delivered, carried it upstairs, fitted it and then took away all the packaging. I was just expecting it to be left at the front door, so this was great service!

They were very efficient and helpful sorting out any problems. Very good service.

Arrived within a couple of days - delivered and fitted from a lovely man who waited 10 mins as I was still at work!

Fantastic service from ordering swatches to delivery of the new bed. Ordered the bed on a Tuesday and sas expecting 5-10 working days to be delivered only to be told on Thursday that bed would be delivered on the Friday 2 days later! Amazing. The guys who delivered and assembled were fantastic and went over and beyond.Love the new bed so luxurious and just like the picture and fabric swatch. Amazing company amazing customer service would definitely recommend them.

The order process was quick and simple. The delivery guys were polite, on time and courteous. The bed isn't the quality I expected. Lots of corners cut in the manufacturing such as the headboard has no fabric at the back so if you wanted the bed away from the wall it would have the black lining on show. The feet are not adjustable which is no good on an uneven floor. But all in all I will say a great company to deal with and the service is second to none. But generally the bed looks good and was very easy to put together.

I ordered a single bed the order delivery package and the guys putting the bed up for me the bed just wasnt to my liking. I was contacted by the company and they were courteous and gave me an immediate refund thank you
