Umair,Kamran & team from VizBeds were outstanding in the service provided,especially Ahmed the delivery guy (he was very polite & helpful)
This is by far the best company I could have wished for,I was lucky Kamran answered my call because he was the 3rd company I spoke with & from the 3 he was the only person who knew his products & sent me sample swatch of colours to choose from.

Delivery was on time to the minute - Delivery Drivers were great took their shoes off put all the beds/headboards together in no time - and they look great very very happy with them and at a very reasonable price - would highly recommend

Unfortunately my mattress did not come with my bed order at first but the manager managed to resolve the issue swiftly for rearranging another appointment in a couple days but due to circumstances beyond everyone control the van broke down on my reschedule day but the issue was finally resolved for the following day. The bed is very nice indeed so no complaints so far. It would of been a higher rate but due to all the misfortune I had faced over the last days.

Two guys delivered our new headboard and were extremely helpful! Would defo use this company again!

It was easy to find a mattress online with all my specifications.
It arrived quickly and I am delighted with it as my back has improved with the firmness I required.

Our experience was great. I ordered online and received a call the same day to confirm my choices. I wasn't sure if the colour of the bed on the website was the colour I wanted so I was sent samples which I received the following day. My bed came the next week, the delivery men were friendly and efficient. The bed was wrapped well so not to get dirty or damaged during transit. I am so happy with the bed, it's good quality and well made. I would definitely recommend Vizbeds.

Fantastic product

Ordering was easy and delivery was super quick, but I would have liked more notice that bed was being delivered. I received a text to say it was coming the next day! Fortunately, I'm retired so could be at home, but it would have been tricky if not!
Delivery guy was helpful and bed was easy to assemble, with help.
Divan and headboard are good quality for the money and same colour as swatch I had ordered.
It would be nice if the upholstery ran onto the platform of the divan, however, as the corners of the platform are visible when the mattress is in place.
Other than that I'm happy with my purchase.

I bought a new bed for the first time from Vizbeds and the process was smooth and easy. I ordered samples initially to choose the right fabric and Kamran kept in touch to keep me updated on the progress of my bed. It was delivered quicker than I expected and was much sturdier and heavy duty than expected. No complaints! I paid for assembly and the assembly men were really efficient, helpful, polite and even took their shoes off before entering which I felt was really respectful for my carpets. The bed looks amazing and I am really happy with the appearance and robust quality I received. I would recommend Vizbeds.

I ordered the Arizona Plus divan bed in turquoise plush. Shortly after ordering I contacted Viz Beds to make a change to the size of the bed that I’d ordered and their customer service was excellent. I was contacted prior to delivery to discuss my requirements and the bed was delivered a week later at the specified time and taken to my bedroom. The bed is beautiful and I couldn’t be happier with my experience of ordering from Viz Beds.
