Just received my car back from Steer Newcastle East following a road accident.
The bodywork carried out to get me back on the road is of the highest quality, every part of the damaged areas have come up like new, I found the assessment and repair process very professional and I was kept fully informed of the progress right through to completion.
Would definitely recommend this company without hesitation.

I had my car repair through Vizion after being hit by a 38 tonnes lorry and the repairs are the worse i have seen.
A independent assessor has been out about four weeks ago and said it was a poor repair and the tyre that was hit by the lorry hadn`t been changed and
as up to now there hasn`t been any offer of rectification work.
I also reported this to my insurance company Axa 14 weeks ago all in all appalling service
I wouldn`t used this company again.

This company was fantastic, they collected my car for repair, gave me the use of a curtsey car, gave me up to date information by email the state of repair every day. Repaired my vehicle in record time, even gave my car a valet inside and out. Extremely courteous staff.

Vizion Network and Activate Accident Repair (Tunbridge Wells) have had my car since 29 October. Four weeks later, not a single repair has been done. Every call brings the same excuse — “waiting for authorisation” — with no progress, no accountability, just empty apologies. This is incompetence at its worst. Avoid them if you value your time and sanity.

Excellent work/service from start to finish. Regular updates on repair progress and accommodated my needs ref return of car. Cannot recommend enough this service. Thank you to ALL involved, you went above and beyond expectations!
