Great course. Happy with it

I enjoyed taking the Appointed Person for First Aid Course and finished it within one day of starting. The course involves a few chapters on different topics such as CPR and Bleeding and has in depth videos for you to watch. After watching the videos there is a module test so that you can test your knowledge. The only improvement I think the company could make is to make the course a little more interactive as watching multiple videos could become tedious. Other than that, it is a really good course to take and be able to put on your CV.

had to use the Chat option to help with accessing my course - 'Mary' was patient, calm and clear in her instructions, brilliant.

Sign up for the course was easy. Had some issues with the enrolment date of the course and sent a quick email to customer service to see if could start earlier. Mary responded and was very helpful, changes the start date for me and advised would be ready to start 3 working days later. Received an email less that 24 hours later and everything was ready to go, thanks for your help Mary! Looking forward to starting the course.

Nice and easy course to do online, you can even go back to the questions if you feel you need a recap, some of it you would already of you worked in a factory like I do, but some bits were very interesting, would defo recommend to anyone needing to learn the basics.

Had issues at first trying to log on but Jibok was amazing and helped me step by step to get things working. Really happy and everything is self explanatory

Excellent course (Emergency first aid for work and family). Very thorough and comprehensive and easy to work through. I had a small issue with finalising and sent query to customer service whereby the response was efficient, very timely and Martin helped resolve the problem promptly. Will have no hesitation in returning to On-Line Training for future requirements. Thank you.

Haven’t started course yet but I was having some difficulty accessing materials so I emailed the customer service and they called me immediately to help out pretty impressive so far
