This was a Christmas gift for an elderly person. The numbers may be too small for her to read. The delivery took longer than I expected but I believe it was due to the Christmas rush.
On the bright side, I submitted a personal photo to be used as the picture and that was meaningful to the receiver.

I saw this on Facebook and I was sceptical. But I tried it anyway and now I am hooked. It is so relaxing. I am having a good time with it.

I am not sure if it was because of the holidays or the pandemic. But it seemed to take longer than normal to get my order.
I would recommend getting a bigger picture/art because it is difficult to see some of the symbols on the smaller ones. Otherwise, I really like what I ordered.

Love mine !! Can’t stop working on it and my 12 year old granddaughter loves it too. Ordered one for her and several others. Great way to spend time since we stay home so much now !!

I ordered my item 3 weeks before christmas. It never arrived.. I emailed the service team and apparently it had been sent back to them. I had no contact from anyone to tell me this had happened. I was told they would send it back asap, however I have still not recieved it and have not heard a word from anyone on its whereabouts. I'd simply just like a refund now as its been too long and I had to get my mum another gift as she had no Christmas gift. And I'm out of pocket.

An Amazing product that my better half loves so much. She is happily spending hours completing her Tigers and is looking forward to me purchasing her next cnavas.

It was a gift for the girl I take care of and she couldn’t be happier with it. We work on it together and she creates a story for each diamond.

I’ve been very pleased with my paintings. I’ve completed 3 of them and have 1 1/2 to go! All of mine have been custom pictures that I sent in. I’ve given them all as gifts so some day I need to do one for ME! The drills are cut well, I’ve never run out of a color and I’ve used both the round and square drills. This is my new addiction! When the first ones arrived I thought “this will take forever!” But I was surprised at how fast I got them done. Even a few minutes each day and you see great progress. I WILL order again. The custom kits take right around 28 days to arrive, so plan ahead!

I’m excited and enjoying my diamonds painting art. Is really relaxing and the product is great, no damage and all the kits included. It does take a while to receive it but it’s worth waiting for. Thank you VizuArts teams great Ideas.

Great project, looks beautiful a d everything is very well labeled. Giving it 4 stars because the project takes a lot longer to complete than I thought, but it's still a very relaxing hobby. Definitely recommend.

I got someone else's portrait, which means someone has my family photo that I spent $130 on. I am waiting for the response from them. But it is very annoying and not professional

Ordered Nov 30th got the frame Dec 30th still waiting for the painting.

Thank You for your paintings..Yes they are helpful mind-wise health , time consumption health, calming health, and much more . The guys even like doing them. And they even like the personal pens. I didn't order any for them ....but I like mine. It's pretty . And personal. The light-up dimmer table helps at all times of the day or night. I really like your selection. I ordered 3 painting, the first one I did, I ran out of a certain number drill. So, I looked at my second painting which had the same number drills. I used those to complete my first painting. In the meantime I messaged Vizuarts about the situation telling them I'm gonna run out of this drill number for my second painting since I used them for first painting. They assured me they would send out this drill number. I'm still waiting. I finished the 3rd painting without issue. Now I'm about to finish 2nd painting but have not received the drill number that's going to be short..
Plus, some of the drills are smooth surface not DIAMOND shaped. Not gonna order from this company again.
Paintings do look nice when finished but they could be better.

I still have not received my painting kit. It was shipped on11/30 and a month later I still haven’t received it!!!!
I would like a refund!
