Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. They even hang up on the phone on you for no reason. It takes them 10 min to retreive your information on a booking.
After canceling a booking you still get a lot of emails about the flghts you just canceled which adds to all the confusion.
Never will use their services again.

The trip turned out to be a nightmare
The trip turned out to be a nightmare: we arrived at the airport, tried to check in, and were told by KLM that we had been shifted to an earlier flight that had left 2h before. We had to book new tickets and cost 1000 eur. Vliegtickets never informed us!!! Scandalous. This ruined our holidays!
